Lot of people had their chances today but malat ends up beating everybody as we send you down to Kira Dixon well Dan nine years after you first won on the PGA tour Peter Mady you’re now a two-time winner on the PGA tour what did you draw on coming down the stretch to

Become a winner out of this Bunch leader board I have no idea I just I told myself I was going to do my best on every shot and and that was what I did and I was so nervous coming down the stretch a lot of those shots you kind of

See it and the you know the approach in a 16 was terrible but I was just like just you can’t describe it so cool so cool to share it with like it’s just amazing it’s just amazing I mentioned that it’s been 9 years can you describe what that weight

Has been like to get this second win and get to celebrate with Hatcher Dash and Alicia I mean you wonder if you’re ever going to do it again you know cuz it’s hard and you know in the N9 years since my last win it’s gotten a lot harder too

Like if you look like the level of talent out here guys coming out when they’re you know 20 years old and they’re ready to play on this stage and they’re so good it’s just I mean you just you just wonder like and so to have

To have this moment H just it just feels so amazing I mean obviously you my family Believes In Me um I’ve got the best caddy he’s been loyal to me for a long time through a lot of like down times too um I’m just so thankful I’m just so thankful

For my wife she makes this all possible cuz life is hard like it’s obviously glamorous at times like this and this is my dream job and it’s absolutely amazing but life is really really hard when you’re trying to figure out how to live this lifestyle and have two kids and be

Everything that you want to be it’s really hard and my wife has been an absolute Rock through all of it she’s amazing and you I got my mom here my family’s amazing little two little boys like it’s just this just feels so good it feels so good well congratulations Peter soak up

This win you’re now a two-time winner on the PGA tour thank you so much

  1. OMG how could you not cry along with this trooper! Congratulations Peter, incredible back nine under the gun! ⛳️🏌🏾‍♂️🤟❤️🇺🇸🥇🍺

  2. I even felt a little emotional as he used the yellow ball because his son liked the color of the ball. That was cool that he played the ball because of his son and actually won. Salute!!

  3. Just another average joe with incredible talent!

May you and your family stay blessed sir!

    A GREAT WIN SIR!

  4. I assume this guy is ranked low and earlier last week or this week there was talk in making the pga tour more competitive and lowering the amount of people on tour different things that had to do with the new deal with pif and all that liv stuff if they did cut down on the people on tour people like Pete would’ve won so that’s interesting to see this idea unfold

  5. I love him since I've seen him in a Grant and Micah video. Great guy, super happy for him. I'll be cheering him on at Augusta!

  6. Watching Netflix made me think golfers were largely un-relatable. Thank you Peter

  7. I love seeing this guy win. A family man who isn't one of the top players on tour but has stuck through it and got rewarded with a win today and a 2 year exemption and entry into the Masters. Great story

  8. Holding his precious possessionin his arms…. this guy is amazing…. what a amazing dad making him a winner for me

  9. Been a fan of Malnati’s the past few years. Amazing short game, occasionally gets hot with the irons and that’s usually when he top 10s. He had everything going this week and I couldn’t be happier for him, what a genuine guy

  10. Go and spend some time in Morocco, then you'll see folk dealing with a hard life, you spoiled brat.

  11. Good win but at the same time would the drought still be alive if the best of the best didn't go to LIV? He says it got harder but technically it has gotten easier due to LIV departures.

  12. Good guy for many reasons. Happy for him and his family. Yellow ball for his son, can't mistake him for anyone else with that bucket hat he wears.

  13. Peter is universally liked on Tour. Always guys rooting or shouting for him when I go to West Coast tournaments. Glad to see him get a win, Masters here we come!

  14. I was lucky enough to be at the final round today…impossible not to root for Malnati. Smiles constantly, looks like he's having the best time, just radiates good dudeness.

  15. This guy just made me a huge fan of his. We need more people like him in this world. Hope he wins the masters.
