I wanted to hit a few with my 7mc so I can kind of show you I love absolutely absolutely love these clubs the problem is they’re just not forgiving enough for me to actually put them in the bag they feel fantastic they feel great but the technology and the forgiveness
In the 770s and 790s is almost so good that you’re kind of you kind of silly not to take advantage of it yeah you you’re honestly you’re you’re setting yourself up for failure so see that’s you want enjoy if you want to enjoy golf the 770s and the 790s
Especially should probably be where most golfers fall yeah

Do you ever have a mixed bag? Like a bunch of different brands
Or you keep using them. Practice and understand the feed back you’re getting from the club. You’ll be a better ball striker because of it. P770 are nice tho.
Ugly ass swing
Pxg 0311 are more forgiving than 770 and 790 I believe. P and xf
This is really interesting topic because as a single digit handicapper now from playing a little over 200 rounds the past two years I am not sure I would’ve gotten here with game improvement irons. I start out with Cleveland CG 16 (3-pw) tour irons in a dynamic gold 130 regular shaft and currently in Srixon ZX7 6-pw with modus 130 Stiff shafts.
In my opinion, it really depends on what the players goals are. If they only play like 20 casual rounds a year, then go for the super game improvement irons and the draw biased woods if they slice.
Whereas if it is a serious player who has tangible goals for continual improvement, then do not buy the super hyper game, improvement clubs.
Overall is about what is going to make the player have more fun. So there’s really no wrong answer here. It just depends on what the player wants in the short term and the long-term with their game.
I got Mizuno 230’s and they are harder to hit but it’s forcing me to become a better golfer.
