Fiber is basically vegetables so fiber is a structural molecule that helps these vegetables stay sturdy and stay up okay if you pulverize the fiber in this cauliflower that I’m holding it’s basically the same as making a cauliflower smoothie so a cauliflower Smoothie has no structure it’s liquid

You could pour it into a glass well the intact fiber in a cauliflower like this one is what is keeping it upright same thing with the broccoli I have here same thing with basically every single vegetable under the sun

  1. Had a HARD time concentrating on what I think she was saying but i think it was about ED, something about how fiber keeps it up!?

  2. Lets just let people live now and eat their healthy foods however they like them best in order to have them in their diets. Cauliflower does a lot for ppl in many different forms – so we not taking that away from everybody!
It’s impossible to be perfect. Lets just be healthy and balanced.

  3. But why? We chew the food when we eat and the stomach does the rest. When the vegetables reach our gut – they're a finer paste than a blender could ever do.

  4. Maybe this explanation will help that hasn’t been discussed by the glucose goddess or people in this chat forum that I’m aware of? Experts say it takes at least 20 minutes for your brain to register there’s food in it so if you eat/chew too fast or blend your meal into a smoothie wherein one can swing down so much faster than it takes to chew whole food basically one winds up overeating and consuming alot more food and calories than a person needs since one’s stomach gets stuffed before the brain has interpreted there’s food in it?

  5. I think what this’s getting at is that yes, vegetables and fruits are still good for you and contain all of the vitamins and minerals ect still when blended but the non soluble fibre has been pulverised and cannot create the mesh in your stomach to slow down the sugar absorption.

  6. My doubt is: Even we that sturdy veggies (fibre) r'nt we pulveriz'g it in our mouth when it is chewed???!!!!!!!

  7. I am just thinking about the way I pulverised vegetables for my little ones, especially when I was weaning them ….arrghuh! What to do ?!!

  8. Unsubscribed, because this is nonense. A blender can't destroy fibers. A juicer is the problem.

  9. I always watch your videos twice, first i watch and closely look your outfit, second i focus on what you're saying.❤ i like your style.
