Has to play that song um that’s one of my favorite Aon songs easy um but no I don’t know who the musical guest this week of the players is that that’s definitely something that missing from my research damn I could look into that I saw Aon perform live with Snoop Dogg
At um Jersey City town hall for H Fourth of July one year movie it was actually kind of sick there was like it was in the streets and they shut down the streets and there’s people like climbing up the like bus stops um and like hanging from lamp post to see
Aon which is like way too much effort to get a good view of a yeah yeah no I I would compare it to like betting Brian Harmon at like 50 to one to win the player like that’s like the equip like you’re just like doing a not bending

Um I really like it um it’s not standard PGA Tour golf we usually get a good winner lot of water balls like I’m I’m players good event like I I’ll go out on a limb and say this is a good event um the back end of the field is not good
And it’s it’s an embarrassment from the PGA Tour to say this is like the best field in golf but other than that like I’m I’m pretty jacked up for this week yeah the bottom of the like I really don’t scroll very far on the board when I’m going when I’m
Looking at odds this week like once we get to 150 I’m like are these guys all in the field or is this the alternate list like what how are these guys playing in the players um but that I think it makes it actually a little bit easier to bet
Because yeah you get some randoms but you look back on it it’s like how did this guy win at 2001 like when SE wo won he was like a big dog but you look at like how he got there and it was like I think he won earlier in the year his
Form was good he was just like I’m siuk Kim so who is this guy um there’s a lot of guys that are like seuk Kim this week who are like at way too long of odds that are playing really well that if they won the Players you’d be like yeah
Okay that checks out yeah but that’s like kind of my thought process this whole week is like would I be shocked if that guy won the Players because there’s plenty of guys that we know if Scotty sheffer’s like breathing down their neck and they have to hit a good iron shot on
17 they won’t like Chad Ramy I think last year very good example of like he could play well here but is he gonna win the players no like he’ll make an eight yeah I mean I I do you look at the Players kind of like kind of like a BC
Like before Christ like with the may move um the move from May to March because before it moved to March uh there were definitely some longer shot guys to win this event a lot of long shot guys lingering top five and um and post um move to March it’s been number
One players in the world major Champions arguably the best golfer um at a certain point in their life um so that’s kind of what I’m grappling with this week is like yeah I’m down to bet a bunch of bombs but this new spot in the schedule just hasn’t
Really like produced that at all like obviously shout out Bon like he almost I was just gonna mention Bon yeah yeah um there’s always like they may not win but there’s always a random in the top five like even Lee Westwood the year that JT
Won was was right there for most of it um like David lingmerth was the guy last year who was like lay around top five Oney like for all the talk about how Elite this event is like last year David Ling ver top five so yeah
Again um yeah I I I don’t I don’t know I mean I I think and to the point of like there hasn’t been a lot of long chats since it changed from May to May to March like I think there are certain guys who play better at certain times of
The year who need a little bit more buildup who need like a major under their belt before they come to the players maybe there’s something to that but I don’t think the course is like more advantageous to good players in March there’s just certain players who
Are like not up to speed yet in March um that like Chris Kirk is a good example he has sick course history here up until the year it changed to March and then he’s been horrible so that’s just like a person that’s like a himym thing like
The way that the Grass Grows is dormant it wasn’t dormant back then it’s in uh it’s in March used to be in May it’s throwing them off so there’s guys like that where I’m like okay you have good good history but you haven’t done anything since 2019 probably something
To that yeah no I um I agree I’ve definitely been factoring that into my models um all week that’s definitely been a big um thing for me I think that the only way we got to start this we got to devote some time to talk about Scotty
Sheffler um the winner of the Bay Hill Invitational now a seven time winner on the PGA tour eight if you include the Hero World CH challenge he has yet to win a PGA Tour event outside a three-month window in the calendar year of February March and
April um he’s only he has seven wins but he’s only won five different events is that math right sounds right yeah wellon he won waste twice and so I tweeted it out you obviously got it because you’re a golf sicko um but I said I’m gonna bet Scotty
To win match play next year and then the Masters year after that um do you want to explain that to the viewers or um like should I well are you just saying he wins the same types of no like so in in his first year he won waste bahill uh match play
Masters and then the next year he won um was and then the year after that he won Bay Hill year after that he’s gonna win match play and then he’s gonna win The Masters like everything’s gonna come back to his first um stretch of wins on
The PJ tour yeah I mean he kind of just dominates at the courses that he dominates at which like to be fair he kind of dominates everywhere but like there’s I think it’s more the putting thing like if he’s won somewhere and he’s figured out how those greens roll

Like difficult conditions you can get away with not making every putt yeah so the majors I think he’s still going to be a threat I I I’ll probably bet him8 to one in in a major this year okay I don’t I did that at the US Open at least
Last year probably one or two others like it’s always a a a comfortable feeling Betty Scotti like he’s gonna be around I don’t know I feel like it’s the opposite because he like it’s actually to exp it’s like a terrible feeling of like this guy can’t make a three-foot

Couldn’t putt like golf just doesn’t work that way and like we said there’s no way that he switched to a mallet before and didn’t putt well like he had a new putter at hero and putted well and one and I’m not comparing it to the amateur game but if you’re like a a
Regular goer and you get a new putter or you get a new wedge your first couple RS usually play a little bit better with it because like it’s new and I just don’t think that like this is just gonna solve his game and he’s gonna be unstoppable
And I genuinely felt like that was the consensus like on Twitter after it’s like yo like this guy’s legitimately going to win six Majors like maybe this year like I’m just I’m out on that like I don’t think that is gonna happen I think very soon Scotty Sheffer will not

Scotty sheffler win in his career what is the number I don’t want an over under I want what do you think that in 2060 when we look on back on Scotty’s career how many majors does he have on his Wikipedia page kind of feels like he could like he could burn out
With the way that like he throws his body around everywhere like okay like like I could see colum morawa having more Majors than Scotty Sheffer maybe that’s my okay I I you lo you lost me there cause because Mora’s game will be this forever like he’s gonna be great

Of himself with like a not like not even that much pressure on the line to like shoot par in the final round both times he couldn’t do it either time just to like win a lot more money and he looked like very human closing out those events
Um so he’s not like this tigerwoods Force who like yeah people are like oh no also what I will say about Scotty is that there’s been a lot of times where it felt like he was just gonna win the tournament on Friday afternoon and he did it like PGA Championship Sentry like
There’s other events you know sprinkled in there like Waste Management this year like there been a lot of times where it’s like [ __ ] Scotty’s just gonna win like [ __ ] this and he didn’t so I’m here for the like Scotty sheffler is he a closer T like I I can I can ride with
