We’re going to stand here tall place the shaft on our hips we keep our knees locked at this point like physically locked not even slightly bent but just locked okay you’re going to then push this back as you tip forward so kind of buying forward we still have our knees
Locked in this position okay then what you’re going to do is ever so slightly unlock them so you see that it’s from here to there and that’s it we’re not going to go lock and sit we’re going to just unlock them okay so this is kind of kept my spine pretty straight doesn’t
Need to be like a poker don’t feel rigid with it it’s just natural posture forward unlock
