서울은 대한민국의 수도로, ‘멈추지 않는 도시’라 불리웁니다. 세계 도시 순위 13위에 위치한 서울은 날이 갈수록 끊임없는 발전을 이뤄내고 있으며, 그 도시 안에는 멈추지 않는 우리의 라이더들이 존재합니다. ‘THE CITY THAT NEVER SLOWS DOWN’은 멈추지 않는 서울 도심을 멈추지 않고 달리며 픽스드 기어 문화를 널리 알리는 라이더들의 열정과 아름다움을 표현한 영상입니다. – Editor says

Seoul is as congested as New York, the main activity place for messengers. After the Korean War, Korea developed mainly in Seoul, and now it is crowded with all office workers and tourists. The same clothes every time, black and white scenery and the colors of the cars, dry people. Perhaps Seoul is the stage that makes the fixed gear bike stand out the most. I wanted to show as much variety as possible in a limited place. – Director says
