That’s another name out of the mix in terms of Veteran wide outs the Patriots use the there’s always somebody I’m going to use the transition tag there’s really not always somebody the Hipster option like five times in the oh you use the franchise te I’ll use the transition rest of the league just

In awe of that process Kyle Dugger uh gets that a uh what is the transition tag again Greg quick refresher it this year um for the safeties will be 13 point something million and and the franchise would have been 17 and the difference in that money allows Kyle

Dugger to shop his wees around the league and if he can get a contract uh it’s an offer sheet and the Lamar got last year have five days to match it no uh Lamar got the non-exclusive franchise tag which is what most of these players

Fight that through the union like I a lot of tight ends in the past I feel like not a lot but it’s happened I want to be labeled as a wide receiver based on my route tree start that mson just got uh called a defensive end I believe

For his fifth year option and I do think he might uh file an appeal because it’s less money now the Dugger end is is less than linebacker right now which is crazy it Wild well because they need to make an edge one so linebackers now include outside linebacker that be so much just

Better we this far into this and they Haven is it a substantial difference it must be if he’s filing uh I am just guessing that he may file one it’s like $3 million but a lot of teams will like sweeten the deal if you do play multiple positions and like obviously Dugger

Barkley both set to hit the market uh Wilkins was a surprise to me was it okay I thought so too and like there’s some Whispers that Cleveland of all teams would maybe Pur him he’s going to make he he is should be thrilled you know because franchise tags ultimately don’t

Help these players at all he’s going to make way more guaranteed money in the end uh and I I’m trying to think where he is now on my top 101 he’s got to be like top three now after all these but the Dolphins are just bleeding Defenders

At this point with xaven Howard Jerome Baker Emanuel ogba now Christian Wilkins obviously there’s still time to sign him to a deal defensive coordinator although it’s exactly unlikely but all of this puts so much pressure on Tua since they’re clearing all of this cash to

Give him the monster deal and now like I don’t know how that defense is going to look next right they have Ramsey they have Tyreek they gave chub a ton of they do have like a lot of big they want to pay Jaylen philli so so they had to make

Decisions but they they sneaky are in among the worst situations with the Kappa he is 28 years old Christian Wilkins good player number three on the list now so you should thank them uh prominent Cuts uh three from the Seattle Seahawks and we’ll start with Jamal Adams the safety who uh during the

Pandemic was traded from the the Jets for two first round picks and then given a massive deal uh and one of the stranger career arcs for Adams uh he had nine and a half sacks in his first season with Seattle from the safety position which was a record uh I kind of

Remember cuz he got hurt that year too he’s been injured constantly uh ever since but I I kind of feel like he had nine and a half almost going into December and then didn’t have any of the rest of the season there was something close to that and then never had another

Sack the rest of his time with Seattle which is absolutely bizarre um and dealt with a lot of serious injuries and some dumb off the field stuff and kind of a mess for Seattle so they were ready to move on quandre Diggs also uh leaving the team that’s a quality defensive back

That I’m sure will have a nice market and as will tight end will dley another salary cap casualty so the Seahawks who obviously had a lot of work to do here um say goodbye to three veterans with Adams as the headliner I mean this had a

Lot to do with it opens up 20 nearly 28 million in cap space and Adams and Diggs were two of the three most expensive safeties in the league Adams was was failed experience experiment it was like a our final piece of the puzzle Super Super Bowl type situation with Russell

Wilson in his prime at it just never ever worked um they like Julian love at safety and they’re going to have probably you know with their new coach that defense could look very different and I kind of trust what they’re doing yeah Deon Witherspoon who they got in
