And I’m wearing them I play a lot of golf that summer walk a lot and by the end of the summer I’m noticing the shoes are starting to wear out like where the tote meets the the like base of the foot it’s like cracking long Edge along the
The side so I have to go or I’m like I have my receipt still let me see if F jooy can do anything about it so I reach out to uh fooy they have a great customer service department and they end up going through the process and they
Decide that oh it still falls under warranty and I can get like my money back towards a replacement shoe so but what I had to do was I had to prove to them that I’m destroying the shoes like not going to use the shoes anymore more
So I had to you know really just like tear open the toe of the shoe this way didn’t take a picture of it so there’s proof that these shoes are destroyed they can’t really be worn anymore and move forward so then I got my money back
Money towards um a new pair of new pair of golf shoes that I ended up getting the shoes that I wear now and I love those shoes again foot jooy customer service department was awesome can’t put you know can’t say that enough about them their quality is great you know
It’s you know a shame what happened with the first pair of shoes but second pair they I had them over over a full season now no issues with those you know love them end up buying another pair of spikeless uh Spike uh spikeless golf shoes after that so you know I’m
Definitely a foot Joy customer for life just because of how great their customer service department was um one thing I would recommend try to take care of your golf shoes or a few things I would recommend try to take care of your golf shoes I’ll hold on your receipt register
For like their um warranty and everything and then just keep track of that stuff it’s you you never know if might be covered it might not you know so worst thing they can say is no it’s not covered so one thing just check make sure again FootJoy is an awesome company
I love you know love their shoes definitely weirdest thing I’ve ever had to do to a pair of shoes is stab the you know stab it and make sure that they’re destroyed never had to destroy a pair of shoes before so I thought it was pretty cool makes for interesting picture if
You’re interested take a look at FootJoy Shoes I’ve had good luck um even though at the one they wore out but it was under like they were under warranty and I was able to get them replac so you can’t complain about that it’s you know top-notch by fo jooy so another good
