Here we go everyone ready good live hello everybody uh welcome to Premier League swimming’s uh Brisbane super teams draft uh we’re extremely excited to be here and do our first super teams draft here Live For You on YouTube um as you know this is our first ever super teams event we have an
Incredible lineup ready for you on Sunday um at the valley pool kicking off at 4 PM uh you can see some of the great people here today uh on this live feed as well um all part of our super teams event um I’m going to introduce you to
The teams in no particular order at all uh we have uh Sprint Revolution uh Captain is Isaac Cooper there uh captain of the Sprint Revolution team we have Musashi Captain jez Gorman there he’s here with us today uh fin finish we have Captain L Mack she’s here with us today
As well that’s fantastic uh we have engine we’ve got the uh Andrew lordin here from engine uh representing engine today uh for the draft pick um now I’m going to call them Team New Zealand because I can’t say this now we just had a discussion about this but OT AOA team
Uh is represented here by Helena gason all the way from New Zealand um and she will be here Sunday swimming for the New Zealand team as well um thank you for for coming Helena the clim swim team which is uh captained by Tom H uh is represented by Tiana kitzinger today
Who’s here to do the draft pick for that team um Arena we have Captain tanil Baptist who’s all the way from South Africa now she’s on a plane today so uh luckily we’ve got Luca cillo from the team who’s here to help with the draft
Pick and then aor we have the aor team manager leeline here with for the draft pick today so thank you Leif um that’s an intro to the teams um all of these people will be there on Sunday uh for our event so Premier League swimming we guarantee you’ve never seen a swimming
Event like this um it’s fast it’s Furious it is pure racing we have eight Superstar teams ready to go on Sunday for you to entertain you for two hours of Pure Swimming entertainment they go head-to-head maximize points 15 races two rounds of 15 races to maximize
Their points all of these teams will be vying for that top spot on Sunday to get the $66,000 prize money I know they’re all pretty excited trying to get that that money um total prize pull for this is $10,000 so three teams go away with some prize money from this event on
Sunday um tonight though tonight we celebrate the the swimmers that have registered the swimmers that have registered for our draft not the not the heroes not the superstars of the teams your efforts your talents and your skill has put you in a position to be able to register for Premier League swimming
Super teams event um you are potentially tonight going to be part of one of these teams with one of these captains captaining you uh on Sunday um every one of you that has entered should be proud of your efforts of your journey that you’ve already taken in swimming um and
Also of just being brave enough to enter the draft for this event um we thank you immensely and all of these team uh members that are here today are very proud of uh of your efforts and your journey even if you don’t make it through today we are so proud that you
Have entered this draft so please don’t be disappointed how does the draft work so yesterday the teams uh actually earlier on this week the teams were all given a list of registered draft swimmers they’ve spent the weekend researching uh going through their preferences working out who who they would like to have in
Their team um and they’ve also um been given a draft pick number now the draft pick numbers are 1 to 32 and they were randomly selected for this event so we randomized the numbers we gave them all their draft picks um uh yesterday um so they all know exactly where they sit as
We go through this draft pick 1 to 32 um great news for engine uh and Andrew lordin down there um lordo who engine got draft pick one obviously draft pick one is a massive deal we are so excited to see who gets that draft pick uh and uh who’s going to be our
Number one draft pick for this event so in a moment we’re going to run through these draft picks the teams will select their team members there were four rounds of Draft picks round one was one to to eight round two is at 9 to 16 and
So on and so on round one and two are tier a swimmers tier a swimmers have scored 96 or above in our scoring system and the tier B swimmers are the ones lower than that um the teams will pick two swimmers from tier a and two swimmers from tier B tonight the teams
Also have an option to pass the reason they have an option to pass on a pick is mainly because they have to fill their teams with four females and four male swimmers if there’s not an option for them to to fill one of those picks to
And meet that criteria they will have to pass on their pick tonight so uh without further Ado good luck to everybody involved um we are now going to share uh the draft pick with everybody um so that you can see what’s happening as we go um just give me two seconds to get

About what this last swimmer looks like so this event is at the valley pool um we have entertainment from 300 p.m. it’s going to be extremely exciting we’ve got entertainment from 3 p.m. till 400 p.m. the main event kicks off at 400 p.m. you are not going to to believe what you see
