Your purchase helps support my work in bringing you free content to help you learn about golf and improve your game. My goal is to help people through my experience so I will not recommend a product or service unless I’ve

1) Used it personally. (which will be the case the vast majority of the time)

2) Thoroughly researched it and got first-hand user feedback from other professionals I trust and who have used the product/service.

This is critical cuz most everybody moves up into the ball me too yeah okay so I’m standing here with just my right arm if I was going to hit a little Chip Shot and pit shot and I’m going to Pivot it all here’s what happens as the club’s

Coming down into the ball my left leg pushes my left hip socket back yeah so this leg is just pushing this hip socket back as the club goes through the ball so I’m just boom right through the ball so this hip gets pushed further away from the ball than it started now what

Most people do even when they start here they go back this hip stops and they try to rotate their pelvis yeah so all of a sudden this hip they feel like they’re turning their hips but their hips are turning closer to the ball so this left

Leg has to learn as the club comes through the ball to push this hip socket just pushes it back and then you time those two together boom that’s how you hit the ball

  1. Very easy to understand and practice! Thanks Eric

Do we mostly struggle with this as we don’t shift our weight to the left side soon enough which causes us to come out of the shot(posture)? Thanks!

  2. If you close your stance to the ball and place 70% of you weight on your front leg, and keep your core still you don't have to worry about all these moving parts Pro's can do this but most of us are not.
