Light and I wear these for the hurdles and the 200 and next are my high jump shoes so here are the biggest differences is do you see how I have actually heel spikes on my high jump shoes that’s because when I run in sprinting I’m running on that front the
Toes that four front side but with the Sprint spikes I actually go heel toe when I jump and I don’t want to slip on that heel so we make sure that they’re spikes another thing is you can see that the spikes are actually a lot longer in my jumping shoes because we’re putting
So much force down onto the ground that we don’t want to slip and we don’t want to tear up the track so we make sure these are really really long the next ones that we’re going to be doing showing
