You will be playing first in the San Pedro match play event the weekend of the 17th and 18th at San Pedro par three golf course so uh super super exciting that is going to be the uh the two3 back part of the show which is always the

Finger I uh for those of you who aren’t aware of what Jason Bird’s referring to Jason bird managed to in a span of like two and a half hours break a driver get hit in the face with a golf ball and break his wrist so it was a fantastic
Opening five holes for Jason bird it was amazing um but yeah good news is is my replacement driver came in today I just have to put the head on the chest replacement driver not that bad of a broken wrist and uh um first of all Northern Hills uh Mike champagne and
Danny Martinez the team and their team at Northern Hills uh those greens were fantastic they were they rolled really nice and uh combined an act of nature which Jason bird would call a wind advisory um and Northern Hills played uh uh pretty tough
Um yeah I mean it it it spanked a lot of people it it made a lot of people it’s Daddy and um that that might have been the most brutal long round like I I I told Jason this stat um I thought it was kind of a crazy stat I played 13 holes
Without touching a single iron it was driver 3-wood seven wood in wedges or it was driver seven wood driver or three-wood I got a question is a wedge not an iron wedge is an iron but an iron’s not a wedge technically yeah I mean I P I
Didn’t pull out I didn’t pull out my 50 degree iron I pulled out my 50 degre wedge you know like I didn’t I appreciate we appreciate the separ for the context of this story I didn’t pull out my 33 degree iron or my 33 degree
Wedge like so I didn’t I hit three I pulled the iron out of my B I pulled three irons out of my bag the entire round of golf and I didn’t do the first one until the 14th hle it was the wind was just crazy it was awesome it was
Really cool if I hadn’t sucked at putting it would have been a lot more fun um but uh let’s let’s talk about the uh the winners of the weekend um I think we’re going to start in uh in champ flight champ flight seemed like the the right place to go this is recapping
Northern Hills uh spring event number three but as MD said was the second event of the year uh stroke play this past Sunday 96 hours ago or so um at Northern Hills in some of the most brutal conditions um ever played in on tour yeah very difficult um but let’s look at
Wor in that Rivers side at 39 degrees in windy that day was brutal I mean the cold made it more brutal it was it was not as windy as The Meadows round at Coler but it was oh my God I I think it was close that I
Definitely close I was really close to that I think it may not have been cuz we the greens weren’t fast enough to I personally thought Northern played harder than the I like The Meadows course The Meadows course always plays well for me I like this is the same guy who thinks
Canyons is harder than Oaks Travis come on statistic statistically I shoot lower scores of canyons he’s gonna think he’s gonna think the Donald Ross is harder than the Pete di at French oh my God that’s going to happen 24 everybody French Lick Indiana um five days seven

Rated at a flat 80 and the Donald Ross is at flat 72 eight Strokes harder statistically is the peak die course and MD is going to be like oh man this if I shoot 70 if I go out and shoot 75 and I don’t feel like it was that
Difficult I’m allowed to say that oh I’m allowed to have an opinion and feel the way I feel it’s not my fault you guys are just it’s just it’s just you know what I respect the bell curve and I respect outliers but it’s just Everyone’s an outlier my doctors called
Me an out fire since day [Laughter] one I swear to God your stroke average is lower from 80200 yards oh my God it’s gonna be and he’s right he’ll be able to back up his opinion with statistical with with a solid statistical analysis like I
Have I have a I have data that says Oaks plays better for me than Canyons I have stats that say meadows plays easier for me than the river course I have I mean I even the straight scor play is easier for me than Irish I don’t know what to
Tell you oh my God oh my God I can’t am I am I a God no am I a statistical Anon anomaly maybe we have scorecards I’m I’m more than I have we have the analytics to back up my Irish course is like Irish course is like the only course get anywhere
Remotely under part he’s like that was just so much harder to straight which is a [ __ ] I don’t know what to say I don’t know either I mean if I had if I hadn’t I qued number 18 in the dark and shot 80 from the Ridder cup
Te I I mean that yeah that was high man that day 80 with a triple to end uh was was a high man in the dark freaking dark that group was so good that was that was one of my favorite rounds of golf ever yeah like I think
Photogra straight scores all four of them the straight scores plays the straight scores I’m sorry it just plays easier for me I don’t I don’t want to get into it but we have statistical data to support everything I’m saying I want to go play 36 at TPC
And play both courses from 7200 and see which one you shoot better at dude how oh no I have to go play 36 holes you just have to what point is it supposed to be something I’m upset about [ __ ] yeah let’s go I’m not saying you’re
Gonna be upset I just want to do it in the same days I’m gonna get knock en you know what you’re gonna get knocked out quick on Saturday I’m gonna get knocked out quick on Saturday we’ll just head over to TPC and that’s what I did last
Year that’s exactly we got a plan we got this easy enough now can we freaking Northern Hills results please yes ah I yes maybe it’s it’s 10 minutes until the match play show starts I gotta go super freaking fast here um there were some winners there was some
Money there was some win there’s the recap yeah so let’s start enchant flight starting on the net side um pretty tight grouping there um coming out with the win shooting a net 2 over 74 uh you know him as Dustin Hass I know him as I mean sex on the
Stick look at that boy look at that boy look at that where the [ __ ] has Dustin been white belt what is this 2019 I was gonna say 2007 the the curls fly in there aren’t they I mean there it’s very hiic it’s very hdic his
Uh I mean his his his hair and beard is fantastic yes everybody you heard that correct that was two overpar net two over par net win finish under did anyone finish underpar at all in the whole field gross we had three people no uhuh gross
Uhuh oh gross yeah you had some you had some people get close on the net side you had someone shoot even Dustin at plus two I think I was two and we had a couple people plus ones couple people who won on the gross side would have had red numbers on
The net side yeah um so congrats Dustin Assan net 74 and uh coming out in first on the net side Bryce burand shooting a 4 over 76 um tying with Jeremy who losing in the scar card playoff the scar card playoff this is this is the grow side Bryce won on thear
Card Dustin won scar cards it’s a throwback to win plus three would win tournaments remember those days oh my God that was what year was it good Lord plus four wins a tournament that’s un champ FL 2016 he says yeah pretty much um the congrats to our champ flight winners
Uh way to uh way to power through that weather that was it was difficult conditions nothing but good things to say there moving on to First Flight uh first place net shooting a one over 73 John Martinez uh John Martinez actually the comments he hanging out in the comments
Definitely watching the show right now he’s hanging out in the comments well he won why wouldn’t you he knows he’s going to get some some air time I’d be some pump that freaking got second place I don’t want to freaking be here right now
P up um John uh John and Tim Smith had a good little battle going there uh down the stretch um Jon shot a uh a one over 73 net side um pretty uh pretty brutal round of golf pretty tough round of golf out there with that win um great playing
Through it um congrats uh to John Martinez on that win absolutely phenomenal um on our gross side uh I don’t know if this is his first win or not um but shooting a 7 over 79 gross might be his first individual win I believe it’s his first individual winly
Won a cookie before but this might be his first individual win I’m not sure on that I believe it is his first individual win um but congrats to Tim Timmy he he pumps me up in the middle of the day Tim Tim Tim was uh his back nine
You know he didn’t he didn’t have the best he was six over going into the into the back nine um he finished the he played his last what seven holes in even um he made a uh a great Birdie on 14 had a couple of bogeys there uh on 15 16
Birdied 17 almost made the eagle putt um and then made a really good par on 18 to close it out was that was that was 17 downwind or was it more cross left to right 17 was a little bit of cross left to right um it was straight down wind
Those T boxes were way back there the flag was on the top shelf I mean that was a par five I mean yeah that I mean that really finally it played like a par five for the first time in a while like usually you can kind of get there um
That to be cross towards right like anything it’s all it’s all pushing to the right yeah yeah um so he just missed and he just missed the eagle putt um but played really well down the stretch closed it out um so congrats to Tim Smith on the win that’s freaking
Awesome um great playing to both John and Tim congrats to you guys uh let’s uh let’s move on now to the what second flight I apologize second flight net uh our winner second flight net Dennis danowski shooting a plus 476 Dennis has continued to play really solid golf Double D played played great
Last season uh played great last I played real good at French Lake he played real good there I’m sure yep uh plus 476 um congrats to Dennis dinoski on uh on another win another cookie um he’s GNA be someone this season I want to say a special shout out um to Dennis
Danowski he stayed after he won his flight he stayed with the rest of the ambassadors sea and Laura um Micah uh who else was out marshalling uh Casey was scoring uh Greg graph uh Dennis stayed with those ambassadors to the end and I know I’m forgetting somebody so I’m sorry
Ambassadors but but uh Brad denn Dennis volunteered his time afterwards helped uh helped pick up and uh and Marshall and spot down the stretch as as the sun was setting so Dennis he’s not that nice a guy because he be slow in front of everybody and laugh at
People wait no that’s something I would do no he’s nicer than that um shout out to Dennis great win great playing uh that was a one shot victory over Kevin Keeny which makes it all the more sweet yeah um it it is fun to laugh at other people’s sadness Brad Brad Gilbert

Spring so I play with his brother buddy every year fun fact small world right yep okay that’s it that’s just it you hang out with Ron tash’s Brother on the other side of the country for one weekend at your other house but it it but it’s just weird to me that his

And I’m just gonna [ __ ] post it I don’t care um moving on Travis do you wna do we’ll we’ll move on to fifth flight here and talk about um our fifth flight winners do you really quick want to just kind of uh talk about what kind
Of happened in fifth flight um and kind of talk about like how those results came to be so um yeah great great talking point here and all of a sudden it turned serious again real quick got um this is uh a shout out to the ambassadors being on top of pace to play
All day long um the the environmental conditions uh of the wind and the speed of the course and the the tournament conditions that and an experience that we were dealt with on Sunday it it’s pre- daylight savings time so so we lost uh we lost Sunset fast and uh fifth flight was
Collectively shortened to a 15 whole event the entire field I’m sorry the entire flight all made it through 15 holes um the first couple groups finished and then then it got dark fast so just like the PGA Tour shortened an event uh fifth flight was a shortened
Event this past weekend at at Northern Hills that’s why it it pop just like pros just like pros we’re just like Live players minus the lot of money and golf genius is um awesome enough to know um that we shortened it to 15 holes and it it it broke everything
Appropriately and and distributed skins appropriately and just in 15 instead of 18 so a little interesting early on in the uh 2024 tour season um a weather moved event and a weather shortened event and you know what I got I was going through my uh my memories on
Facebook because I had some pictures of them on there and I was scrolling we had to cancel the Northern Hills event in 2021 because of inclement weather yeah that was the big freeze right the big six day ice freeze was two years ago or years years years ago no

At the greater Hill Country division kickoff at kissing Tree on March 17th um almost half full on the uh on the number of Team spots there um the greater Hill Country division will have its own point standings um use their own handicaps um verifiable through Jin or
TGA or handic comp um and have its own separate two- round playoff at TPC San Antonio and two spots two automatic qualifying spots from that playoff standings will qualify for the 2024 STX am tour South Texas match play challenge team Riverside 2024 I love the silence for dramatic

The car to go to French Lake every every week in March um the last weekend of uh of February is the last off weekend for a minute right yeah we I mean we’ve got between between the between the trail division um and greater uh greater Hills Country
Division uh we are yeah we got a lot of golf um and we’ll be at all of it I mean I’m I’m playing every event spring uh on both divisions um so a lot of golf um a lot of good stuff I mean dude you’re telling me I can go play

What I am looking forward to I’ve got a real real problem I got a real problem because now that we’re back from Mississippi and I had some success at the casino all I want is more Blackjack so French Lake is going to be a real problem problem uh the casino is
Literally attached to the hotel we booked we made sure of that yes listen it goes hotel casino driving range I mean and I will be I will I am I think I’m gonna play golf all day and then I will sit at a blackjack table all night
Uh I got I’ve never had that many fre I i’ never played blackjack at an actual casino before but I I just assume that everyone gets like 25 blackjacks when they play and makes money you just need to keep organ away from the roulette
Table is all you got to do it was it was so good for MD it was MD’s first time playing blackjack in a casino and every time shout out to Angie love you girl MD stuff he would seem to win and Casey and I play did he split
Tens did he split T he uh no I hit on 16 I hit on 16 regular but with three showing oh not with three showing I Ain that MD was doing dumb [ __ ] like that all day and winning constantly constantly well Casey and I were over here playing by the book losing
Constantly well you’re losing because MD is not playing by the book that’s when you kick him off the table well okay so that’s hilarious that you say that because it was impossible to get mad because it wasn’t standard six deck shoe it was continuous Shuffle so it was Auto Shuffle every
Hand so the only cards that weren’t shuffled every time were the cards from the last hand so the probability actually reset every time so the reset probability combined with MD’s [ __ ] and MD just kept winning it was infuriating can’t do continuous Shuffle I lose my
Advantage I I’m going to go find a $25 minimum table continue to shuffle and you will see me in the morning for the 7:30 tea time will I’m going to the spa and get a massage table without MD May 29th through June 2nd you know you want to go there’s a spa there’s

In the top 100 we are playing four times uh well three times from 88,200 yards I just am so excited easy easy with the smoke in the bag I I absolutely love tour travels um I love traveling with tour guests and I love the experience that um the Ambassador team provides to

I love the I think for me that moment of like I’m home is when we cut through the tree line and you see the 10th tea box there at Meadows but then it opens up to the baths yeah that’s a cool that’s a cool that’s where the new course is going to
Be so where where you turn left to go to the bass you’re going to turn right and that’s where the new course at Coler is going to be and that’ll be uh yeah it’s gonna be incredible but guys I it’s called Black River I what’s called Black River right
Um I I have not heard a teaser name yet black amazing I hadn’t they haven’t teased it at all on anything I follow but is not Black River Black River is a small um little town uh Village on the south side of Shaban and that’s where another course is proposed to be going
In and I know there’s some Meadows City Board River and the city cores I don’t know what kind of other things could it be course I the co course uh we will speculate more as the as time goes on um but guys that wraps it up for us tonight
