He has a two foot takeoff which is much more impressive than jumping off one foot.
All others who use Shaq as props either make him bow/bend or they push off against him with one hand during the dunk. Mac's dunks are CLEAN!

6 foot 4 plus a vertical of 55", gives a head height of 10 feet 7 inches above the rim. No way was he near that!
His head is still an impressive 5 – 6 inches below the rim.
Vertical is around 40-42 " which is impressive, which he obtains easily and it is explosive, just
like Kilgannon the professional dunker.
