Most players reach maximum hand speed somewhere between P5 and P6 about right there so halfway in the middle and what’s really important is at this point in the swing they really haven’t started to give away any of the angles created in their wrists almost every player I’ve looked
At has nearly the same amount of wrist hinge at maximum hand speed that they had at the top of their back swing which is extremely important to be able to convert it to speed what generally I see with amateur golfers is in transition they’re making quite a lot of hand
Speed but they’re also accelerating the club head too soon professionals aren’t really putting a lot of force to accelerate the club head early in the down
