Many golfers looking to optimize their backswings for maximum power often forget how crucial their posture relates to their overall output at the tee.
Poor posture on the golf course often manifests when a player goes against nature in regards to their setup.
A good stance comes from adjusting your spine angle, arms, knees, and pelvis in a way that works naturally with your body weight.
With this said, obviously optimizing our posture at the tee does not work the same way for everyone, but all of the mentioned areas must be refined to fit the body frame of each individual golfer.

Hitting solid shots require mindfulness regarding how we plan to execute the golf swing, in relation to our own physical limitations and gifts.
Golfers all have a vast variance in size and shape, which requires anyone playing the game to make serious adjustments to their mentality, accepting that golf cannot be played with a one size fits all mindset.
Few golfers or instructors take this aspect of play into account before taking a swing.
If you do the work before you ever pick up your club, you can have faith that you will produce better shots after having already corrected a poor golfing posture.
