QBs can chose any hash mark to warm up. Kickers need more space and are limited to when they can practice without hitting people. Tie break goes to kickers who needs more space and open field.
And when I go games, I usually see the QB warm up in PRE WARM UP by throwing down field from the 35ish. The 1 yard line stuff is for warm ups (padded warm ups).

Why is it on Tucker to have to move 2 feet to the side? Assuming he is lining up with the center of the goal posts. Mahomes could have just as easily moved 2 feet to the side. Tucker might have been instigating a tad, but Mahomes and Kelce did not handle that well at all IMO. Shows their true colors.
