Shoulder and run all the way back again I was half expecting to see it by the flag but yeah hey ho we’re in the game Z so how you going to play this what do you what are your what’s your default shot it’s almost tempting to grab the
Putter it is isn’t it but the the thing is that if you putt this this is really green and Lush that’s going you’re going have to really whack it through that and then you’ve got uphill and then it’s suddenly going to start getting fast after that
So I know the shot I’ve got in mind that you play whatever shot you fancy oh nice shot Nice Shot slow down stay there perfect well played inside that I will so unlike Peter who’s played that the aerial route and we both agreed that playing with a putter is probably just a
Bit too dangerous here I’m going to play one of my favorite shots which I call the chip putt so I’m going to imagine this is all putting green and I’ve got a putter in my hand and I’m just going to think about how hard I would putt it
Okay but I haven’t got a putter I’ve got a six L and I’m going to play it very much like it is a putter so it’s just a putting action and it’s just going to be that slow down slow down get in get in ah just a bit too

So the the biggest forest in the south of England and just across there is where AA mil wrote the the stories about Winnie the Pooh and he lived there with his son Christopher Robin um and I don’t know how internationally famous Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh is
But in the UK it’s a very famous uh children’s story and isn’t that this is where they invented po poo sticks as well is poo sticks exactly I thought we might have a game of Po sticks yeah on one of the one of the streams later on

You need to hit it up there with a cut so let’s just try and get a nice straight shot there I’m going to try and really clip the right hand side of the Fairway and see if we can get something nice down there that will do stay there stay

Can do the the uh 13th here is 391 uh quite a tough t- shot as you can see right down the dip and then back up the other side um but if we can get towards the end of the Fairway just in front of that Heather we’ve got a really
Good chance of a a fairly short second shot eight IR N9 something like that a chance for birdie so uh let’s see what we can do there’s a bit left think it’s okay over there oh that’s perfect that is A1 the eagle eyed amongst you uh will

In nice easy follow through oh look at it it’s such an easy game when you play it that [Applause] way oh and likewise your best swing probably all day Peter this shot as you can see completely blind into the green yeah I think it’s one of the most interesting
Shots you’ll play on this golf course 93 yards 94 I’ve got yeah and the interesting thing about it is from memory the the green slopes a little left to right okay and away from us right okay y so we’re quite lucky that the pin’s in the middle not on the front
Cuz that would make it really tricky but we’ve got to try and land it just a little bit short and left if we can to get this 93 yards it’s like an80 so we’re going pitch it about 80 and I think you’ll find it be pretty close to the
Pin oh I like it I like that a lot yes good good shot that’s probably equally good that’s my sh yeah one of those is going to be close I do hope so yeah this is yours it’s quite a bit of right to left on that yeah you need to have a really
Good look at that again feel it in your feet I can feel this my as I’m walking quite serious feel myself being dragged this way it’s a really good way to sense your putts and actually rather than just relying on your eyes feel it in your feet your feet are great sensors for
Actually feeling the the the slope on a on a on the ground and I can really feel here even I’m just standing here my right foot’s are way lower than my left foot so I think it doesn’t look like there’s a lot of curve in it but I think
There’ll be more than we can see I’m seeing quite a lot actually if honest seeing like a good foot outside the hole go more than a foot go more than a foot go more than a foot I think it’ll turn like hell when it gets to the end of the PT okay

Been something that goes left of where I’m I’m aiming I know exactly what that is in my go swing that causes that it’s old habit and uh I usually Drive the ball better than I have been doing today um it’s just not quite been there off
The tea today and uh so you stand on a tee where all the trouble is left and you’ve been hitting it left all day long and it’s very easy to just get a bit protective and just push it out right and the sad thing about that is if you
Can clear your mind of that and just focus on the goal shot you want to hit get the feel of it and uh and then just commit to it it will still work and you’ll hit it down the middle of the Fairway and I’m disappointed with myself that I didn’t achieve that
There uh so we we got a bit of work to do now I’m hoping that Pete’s might have carried into the sort of area between the two sets of Heather and I think mine might have gone out onto the 17th and if it’s on the 17th Fairway then we’ve got quite

One that’s a nice looking shot get up get up yeah that’s not going to be too bad might be just a tiny bit short it’s a bit left but go on go go go got a big it’s too short yeah that’s probably just a bit short isn’t it bit
Short I think a little right edgy to me yeah sort of in the first part here and then looks like it straightens out yeah and then it straightens out yeah yeah that’s it’s pretty straight looks pretty straight from the other side if you don’t mind I’m going
To sit down here and just watch it watch it go in the hole is what I mean yeah sure that started left went left yeah pulled it didn’t I and it just moved a tiny bit I think it just moved a tiny bit yeah I think it is just right at
Center go go go killer we’re getting some very nice consistent bogeys here so it would be a really easy par five but it’s not it’s a very very tough Par Four so same hole whether it’s a par four or par five makes no difference nope requires the same number of
Shots oh that’s the best one I hit all day that is absolutely na that was awesome yeah thing is the easier I swing it the further it goes yeah yeah we don’t we know stay there drifting a bit left and it will dra a little bit hard when it
Lands unfortunately I think that’s probably going to be in the Heather on the left unfortunately with this game there are times when you just can’t quite find it and that’s been the case for me today with off the tea and I’ve used a lot of my t- shots but I haven’t
Really been finding it like that one there was just how I like to hit the ball and when I find it normally I can keep it going but uh does it matter 17 holes in first time I’ve hit a really nice t- shot well that just sets me up for my next game
Really well can’t wait to play again have you noticed the unusual feature about this golf course as we’ve been going around have you spotted that there are no bunkers this is one of the most most unusual golf courses not one single bunker on this golf
Course and do we miss them not at all does it look like there should be bunkers not at all it’s just an amazing golf course just shows what uh if your features on the golf course are right you could have a golf course with no bunkers look at this it’s
Beautiful great I like that get up get up go on Chase on oh that’s a long putt not going to get that shot swing on this one Pete and a shoulder right up near the pin there that’s going to push it even further left so quite a big
Swing and long putt 40 yard 40 yard putt 120 ft maybe even a fraction more than that see if I can put this close for you that was great get up ah just put it in please oh I like it go go go go go on
Get over that slope go on and turn and turn and turn oh it’s a great part lovely length this is a putt that a club golfers get a lot of the time you know just coming up on the front edge a long putt all the way across the green and I
See a lot of Club golfers get this particular shot wrong um because they do pretty much what they do on every other Putt and just normal putting stroke and that isn’t going to get the ball to the Target you’re going to have to hit
It so hard to get it to the Target so I get I two things I really concentrate on first is just stand a bit taller just gives you the feel I’m going to make a bigger Str stroke and then secondly just extend your stroke make a big stroke
Don’t try and do this with a small stroke do a big stroke nice and easy you’ll get all the way to the flag hope you enjoyed that one nicely Pete that’s a good four so here we are 18th T it’s been an interesting morning’s golf by comparison to yesterday yesterday was going really
Nicely we got it to one under par really looking forward to coming out this morning and just kind of keep that steady flow going but it’s been a bit tricky uh three Drop shots two pars great save on the last I think that that really helps uh make up a bit for for
What we’ve done so we’re two over standing on the last te and we have a very straightforward par 4 it’s definitely a day for ducks not so much for golfers I’m glad we haven’t got another nine holes to play starting to get to the stage where it’s getting difficult
To see the green the rain’s coming down that heavily and if we could make a two that’ be level power round PE so uh it’s a big ask but we’re going to give it a go that’s a bit left but it’s okay still too far left as
Well I think that’s going to be playable yeah yeah yep kicks right can be can be quite severe as well on this screen get up I think that could be short get up oh oh State yeah that’s okay that’s that’s good go go forward go go on just about just about made
