All right I don’t necessarily think you have to use this pattern but if you want to use the circular pattern in a golf swing where the club goes around this way the club head around your hands let me show you the moves to get there so the first move needs to be this
Way there and then you actually lever up so there lever up off the back and go through so that’s the pattern and you can just practice that for me the hard part is to really let it go this way enough before I come back
