THE TOWEL DRILL
The goal of the towel drill is to start to improve your low point control if you’re someone who hangs back or struggles with heavy strikes (too much ground before ball contact)
This will ensure that you will catch the ball first, take a divot after the ball, and increase your compression 👍🏻
