Waikiki Ala Wai Virtual Walk and Talk Oahu Hawaii March 25, 2020. We take you on a walk around the Ala Wai Canal starting on La’au Street which turns into Iolani School driveway. We walk on the Iolani School Trail along side the Mānoa Pālolo Drainage Canal and Iolani School. We reach the main part of the Ala Wai Canal and pass by the Ala Wai Dog Park, Ala Wai Community Garden, Ala Wai Elementary School, Ala Wai Community Park and finally reach McCully Street. We turn left on McCully Street and left on Ala Wai Blvd. We turn left at the Waikiki Kapahulu State Library and walk along Kapahulu Ave and follow the path closes to the Ala Wai golf course. We come out on to Date Street and turn left and walk Date Street until we get to the burnt down house and end our walk. Enjoy!
