That people should be prepared before they go out in their boat every time make sure they have all the proper safety equipment know the knowing the weather is probably a big key component as well a lot of people see that it’s sunny out they just think oh we’ll go

Airport keepo Bo tell me like what are the the key things that someone that’s boating into Toronto for the first time needs to know yeah absolutely within within Toronto Harbor uh there’s actually a speed limit so within uh 150 M of Shore or I guess that’s probably
About 450 ft not even sure sorry they can do the calculation it’s we it’s meters don’t worry 150 from Shore you can only do five knots uh everywhere else is uh 10 knots and also coming into Toronto Harbor there are uh coming through the Western Gap there’s a keep
Out area which uh is a boat exclusion zone for the airport so uh boats cannot enter that area just safety for the planes coming in and out of Billy Bishop airport so there’s a keep out area outside the harbor and there’s also one inside the harbor so uh I know a lot of
The vessels like to go up in through the channels of the uh Islands as well so obviously a a slow speed is enforc in there too five knots at all times and within the Toronto Harbor channels the underlying thing is just be smart about it even if you don’t know the exact
