You bring in who you don’t recruit who you do recruit how you play them that it’s it’s a different level in terms not in terms of the competition but in terms of the expectation and the attention and he he started out he was a he was a small college guy niia
University of sou Falls and he was phenomenal there and then he went into relatively lowprofile FBS circumstances uh where he was an offensive coordinator and that sort of thing uh an offensive coach or coordinator for a series of programs I mean his move to the big time was in
Indiana which if he were the IU basketball coach boy the spotlights on but as a football coach they’re just hoping you win more games than you lose so he’s never really had this level of scrutiny and the reality is that between Bear Bryant and Nick Sabin and with the
The very short rise to success of Jean Stallings there were there was a lot of disaster in Alabama I mean this is not a no-brainer job it it is very easy to mess it up they had I believe six coaches five coaches in between uh the bear and Nick Y and and
All of them either struggled or failed with the exception of Stallings who won the 1992 National Championship but wasn’t really Desiring to stay there long because again that that Spotlight is really hot Dennis franch one of those guys right Mike you had guys like that who

Coach so if that coach can leave why shouldn’t the players be allowed to leave I’m not saying it’s always prudent but it’s not always prudent for the coaches either as I mentioned uh as you brought up Dennis Fran only’s name or we could have brought up Mike Bry who never
