  1. Everything you said is so right omly the top 6 get the best treatment cuz they make the prem the most money and everyone else gets thrown away I love Everton but I HATE football and the people that run it they’re scared of the likes of Man City because they know that if they try and punish them Man City will take them to court and bankrupt the prem with the money city have I hope HOPE that finally the players will play with anger and a desire to give the biggest middle finger to this corrupt leave UTFT

  2. The premier League may get there wish and relegate us. But no matter how long it takes Everton must sue the premiah league for corruption may take many years for this come out tho

  3. "Sustainability" defined: Sustain the status quo. If the EPL does not keep the big 6 happy, they''ll be off to their super league.

  4. I think it's for the same charges we've already had 10 points for. Apparently they want to make sure we go down . They now decide who gets relegated so it Everton , Forrest and Wolves . VAR put in place to control everything

  5. Just keep the so called big six happy or they will be off ,well let the twats go cause they are loving this fu prem

  6. Oh the blueshite tears 😭😭😭 it's so damn hilarious 😂 don't spend what you can't afford 🤣 😂 😆 they should just send you to league two immediately

  7. This rule was originally placed to protect the smaller clubs from the overspending of bigger clubs and bridge the gap between clubs in the Premier league – now its used to charge Everton twice and Nottingham Forest

    Unbelievable

  8. Keep your head up Cam. I’m a red and we all know this league is fucked. It’s clear the premier league has got an agenda against Everton. Some pure bullshit going on here mate

  9. Honestly think we'll be fine u no boys, we won't be going up against the commission until after our appeal that I think we'll win. Up the super Silk toffies.

  10. They've had the same amount in place (105mil.) for ten years. The first thing they need to do is up that amount. It had a bit more teeth with the 'big' clubs ten years ago. But now it's a drop in the bucket.
Also, it looks like the Prem. is looking to be 'doing something' in the shadow of a potential governing body taking over these matters. They start with the 'none top 6' clubs who can't compete on the legal side. No offence to anyone.
This second one however, smells like shit! Something isn't right here.

  11. Just looked under law you can't be charged for same crime twice. So if they punish Everton for a year they went over, then surely they can't charge them again for the same crime. Hopefully this super lawer knows this.
Think once over hopefully we can start legal process against the corrupt premier league, wait year or 2 Newcastle villa Forrest and others will be joining us

  12. A independent committee that's picked by Richard Masters consisting of individuals who are linked to other clubs…I'm numb to it all now and don't care …I'm done with this shit so much for not punishing the fans because moshiri doesn't care he washed his hands with the club when the real owners usmanov left due to sanctions

  13. I dont think all this matters we will soon go to a super league anyway and i fear we will be watching wednesday night football All the money will be in the super league and most of the clubs we watch and love will probably fade away sad times for football
