Hi my name is Amy O’Donnell and I’m nutritionist for the ladies European tour and today I’m going to be showing you how to make some simple snacks this one is going to be the peanut chocolate coconut energy Bowl firstly you want to start with the
Oats so you add these in to a mixing bowl and you want to add your dry ingredients first so then you want to add cocoa powder and then to this you add milk whichever choice you would like once you’ve done this you mix it into a nice consistency to get the oats
And cocoa powder all mixed together and then if you find you’ve added too much milk H just add more oats to the mixture as well then once you have done that and you find it coming into a nice sort of consistency you can start to add your honey and peanut buttery
And you want to add as much to make the mixture sticky and then you just mix this all up again with the spoon until it forms a nice thick texture and then once that’s all mixed together you want to add whatever you like so here today we have cranberries
And walnuts but you can add any type of dried fruit or mixed nuts or seeds and this will give you a good Bo of energy and then once you’ve added these in again you just want to mix that all up until it’s all mixed through and then again if you find your mixture
Is still slightly runny just add more oats until it starts to combine a little Better and then once you have everything mixed through and the texture is to your liking you can then roll the B balls in the likes of coconut so just lay it out on your plate or whatever you’re using your tray and then form the mixture into a
Ball shape so you can use a spoon or you can use your hands it can get a little bit messy and then roll it into the coconut and this makes them less sticky as well and make sure it is in the shape that you want
It and then that is how you make a little energy ball and you want to leave these in the fridge possibly overnight or for at least 2 to 3 hours to make sure they set properly
