THIS FEEL made a huge difference!

After working through a grip change we shifted our focus in this golf lesson to Hunter’s transition move. Hunter is a junior golfer who sometimes struggles with coming over the top and getting a path with this golf club that goes from out to end. his lower body is very aggressive in the downswing so we have to find a field that can help delay that lower body just a little bit to help his upper and lower body sink up properly in the golf swing.

For Hunter, that feeling is starting the downswing with a sit. the feeling of his trunk going down in his legs flexing allows his upper body to match up better with his lower body, which is getting the golf club in a better position.

He decided to show off with his last swing of the day making probably one of the best wings he’s made this winter.
