You won’t see them again on Wednesday normally no one in the NFL does anything on Monday they come in you break down a little bit of film okay you do whatever you got to do in your locker room okay and you get some treatment and then you won’t see these guys again

Until Tuesday or Wednesday well Urban Meyer found loopholes and he said oh so you can actually do stuff on Monday except you can’t practice okay well I’m going to have these guys to lift weights I want us to be the more physical and stronger team than everyone else in NFL

Especially in the second half of the Season we will be the stronger team the more conditioned team so on the practice field he would make all of them run to every drill every drill you have to run you can’t walk anywhere and you lift weights on

Mondays okay and urban said I’m going to get rid of all soft tissue injuries because the Jaguars were plagued with soft tissue injuries before Urban got there so so he hires some of the best trainers and strengthening conditioning coaches for sha Khan to build them a temporary uh facility where these guys

Can recover and that’s what sha Khan did because they were having tables outside of the cafeteria working on dudes before Urban got there but that’s what he did okay and it paid off Jaguars had less soft tissue injuries when Urban was there less injuries all of that stuff

And paid off and they were a physical strong well- conditioned team they just didn’t have a talented roster they had a first time play caller on the defensive line he was a defensive line coach here and with the Ravens and it was his first time ever being a defensive coordinator

And he blew that that that didn’t work you didn’t have any Talent on defense really at all your offense didn’t have any Talent on offense really at all your offensive line coach was crazy right uh listen you had a Daryl Beville who flamed out after his Seahawk days and he
