To learn a body conditioning is the alternative way that I’ve chosen as strengthen my power and endurance to have a maximum fighting ability, why do I do those kinds of pretty dangerous stuff, because I need to learn those kind of practice

When knuckles “meet” the sledgehammer swing from the up to down with high speed it is absolutely a 100% our knuckles will break immediately, no need to wait until we grow old… IF NOT GET A DISCIPLINE OF TRAINING. is it dangerous? these what people thought on comment section

I do really thankful for those of people who worry about me, but actually, before of what you might think about me, I’ve been thinking this before I did it. can I do that? is there any damage in the future? just to think about that, it seems impossible to do that !!

So, what do I do? asking for proof, hahaha so lame, however it also has no manner !! then I’ve decided in my full consciousness to DO that and practice under the professional mentor and specialist in body conditioning, I’m training step by step.

Obviously it’s not a short term of practicing and it was super difficult one of the steps of body conditioning practice well, it is just some of the process… I believe everything has process not just reckless desire…

However there is no one want to hurt their knuckles to the sledge hammer if not well trained

    When I was young, I was doing something similar, breaking blocks and bricks, and more, and in unprotected competitions… for many years. Although we are all different, anatomically we have to take care of ourselves, because with age come consequences. Now I'm feeling the pains.
