You’ve got extension of the knees same thing in the pelvis right pelvis is here pelvis extends flexes extend right that’s how you create rotation in your golf swing you have to extend Flex extend the knees and the pelvis when you understand flexion and extension of the knees and pelvis that’s when you’ll
Start to look like that rather than that because you see here the pelvis when you do that isn’t flexing at all or extending the knees aren’t over flexing or changing Flex or extending right they’ve got to do one thing or the other they start in flexion move to extension pelvis moves extended
Pelvis during transition extends um flexes which makes the knees Flex which makes you get into the ground which then means you can extend through but that’s the only way you can create rotation is by flexing extending and flexing the knees in the pelvis and understanding that movement right

Excellent! Tried this and it brought my weight shift and rotation into sync immediately
I used to read tons of golf magazines back in the 90's and they all preached it was essential to maintain knee bend throughtout. They did a lot of harm.
