The final week of the regular season features an opening salvo of AFC North Football: Steelers and Ravens locking horns in what is sure to be a total shitshow. This time, it’s for charity. This is the 3rd annual stream for the Mario Lemieux Foundation, a Pittsburgh-based charity devoted to cancer research, patient care, and aiding families who are burdened by it. Considering I’ve had family that’s had to suffer through the bullshit of cancer these past few years, it’s the least that I can do.

Here’s to football, and here’s to beating cancer.

  1. The Referees for Steelers-Ravens were the worst I've seen since Dallas-Lions.

A regular 12th man Raven out there.. Shame on you Goodell.

  2. This season has been vintage Steelers.

Lose to clearly inferior opponents such as Arizona and New England.
    Get exposed by real teams.
Win games by high end talent, refball, and endless deus ex machina.
Fluke their way to at least nine wins.
    Finish with mediocre 10-7 record.
Barely miss or make the playoffs.
Get exposed if they do make the playoffs.
Tomlin will still be the head coach.

  3. Steelers vs Ravens Week 18 Trench Warfare Bowl Lowlights

37:40 Najee Harris 6 yard TD run, extra point is good. Steelers 7-0.

56:33 BAL fumble recovered by PIT Larry Ogunjobi

1:02:40 PIT fumble recovered by BAL Arthur Maulet

1:24:14 BAL Isaiah Likely 27 yard TD catch and run, extra point is good. Tied 7-7.

1:36:24 PIT Mason Rudolph fumble recovered by BAL Broderick Washington

    (3rd quarter)

1:51:41 2nd half kickoff (Ravens receive)

Nobody scored in the 3rd quarter, but a lot of punting happened.

    (4th quarter)

2:31:14 Diontae Johnson 71 yard TD catch and run, extra point is good. Steelers 14-7.

2:49:36 BAL Gus Edwards fumble recovered by Markus Golden

2:59:38 Chris Boswell 25 yard kick attempt is good! Steelers 17-7.

3:12:00 Justin Tucker 36 yard field goal attempt is good, Steelers 17-10.

3:13:19 Ravens onside kick attempt is a failure, game over.

Steelers win 17-10, and are a 10 win team.

The Punt Bowl saw 13 punts, The Fumble Bowl saw 4 defensive fumble recoveries, and The Trench Warfare Bowl saw 60 minutes of agony.

  4. Tree you're right. It wasn't Monsoon Day because the ball didn't stick to the grass, but the conditions were super miserable. Although even though we rested our starters, I'm potentially trembling in fear of facing the Steelers in the 2nd Round if they get there. Of course, a lot needs to happen. Knowing how BS this season has been throughout the NFL, I wouldn't be shocked if the Yinzers came back here in 2 weeks.

  6. Congrats, Steelers. You actually won more than 9 games for once.

Won't change the fact that you guys will get destroyed in the WC game, should you somehow make it in.

  7. I really don't care that Baltimore lost. I'm just more focused on hoping they'll have a better ending than how the 2019 season went.

  8. If the Steelers get the 6th seed, I do worry it a bit as a Chiefs fan. The Steelers' strength match up well against the Chiefs' weakness, even if TJ wasn’t playing.

  9. It’s unbelievable that they managed to rattle off 10 wins and more than likely get into the playoffs with how poorly they’ve been playing for most of the season. Unreal!

  10. Just did the playoff machine.
if Jacksonville and buffalo win stillers no suprbwl
if either Jacksonville or buffalo lose STILLERS GO SUPERBOW
if Jacksonville & buffalo both lose STILLERS GET SACRIFICED TO THE ELDER GOD TAYTAY

  11. That was a relief that the Steelers won tonight. Now these are the scenarios to clinch a spot:

    BUF loss OR

    JAX loss or tie OR

    HOU-IND tie OR

JAX loss + DEN win + HOU-IND doesn't end in tie

They might just clinch a spot tonight.

  12. On a rainy evening in Baltimore, the high-end talent vanquished the Ravens JV squad. Clearly, Stillers ghanta Super Bowl.

  13. Now all the sqeeler fans can brag about sweeping the future superbowl champs.

  14. I was there at the game. I'd have preferred snow because I was wet and freezing. This didn't affect our number one seed standing at all. But you're right, the Stiller bullshit is real.
