Throw the club at the ball that’s what our brain wants us to do now the golf swing doesn’t make any sense we all know that so instead we are going to pull the club in the complete opposite direction as far down and behind us as possible

Now on the lead shoulder joint starts to move up and around things get weird and it’ll actually start to resemble a golf swing even though it feels like a complete dumpster fire so here’s our feel here is the real let’s see what it looks like and did I pulled that 20 yards

Maybe maybe not either way who cares let me how it works

    How / when do you square the club face?

  2. Every time I used to try this, I would feel like I lost all leverage, and it feels like the club is just floating back and behind me, lol.

  4. This is a tremendously powerful drill; highly effective. If a player overtrains and it gets their swing off track; what’s the opposite drill to reverse or tune it. Is it just swing more right than your overcooked path to the left as I’ve described as a symptom? Or is there a counter drill? Great work especially for mid to low core player.

  6. Its like throwing a lasso. To make it spin forward around you, you rotate your wrist the opposite way, just like your saying, doing opposite things make the golf swing and striking the ball like magic. 😂
