Look at the course breakdown of the century Tournament of Champions really this is a course you have to go low you’re going to have to make birdies and make them in bunches this is a a course where the average score has been about 500 per round it measures at about 7600

People were on last year he was coming off a t11 finish and ended up finishing around 20th Place that’s JT posted number six is one of my favorite golfers but not somebody I’m going to be on this week and that’s Victor havin number seven had a great performance at Augusta

A name that popped up over and over but really I feel like Tony fenal you put him in the tournament in Mexico you put him in the quick and Loans you put him in some of these rocket mortgage some of the smaller golf tournaments and he’s
Someone that can you know beat up on some of the Lesser names on the PGA tour but I feel like I’ve really yet to see him do it in an event that is big enough to Warrant you know backing him here I’m not ready to be a believer in him Sun JM
At 35 to1 sunjay is one of those guys where you’re always going to get a pretty good number on sunj he kind of sucks you in and I’ve been burnt by him so many times and I’m just not going to do it here he he honestly rates out
Really well and I I think a lot of people will be on him this week but I just can’t get sucked back into sun Jay this week maybe another time Sam Burns 35 to1 also known as Bermuda Burns this is the putting surface that he does well it would not
Shock me at all if Sam Burns comes out here and wins this golf tournament you look back at the Dell match play he kind of came out of nowhere at that time you know at this tournament last year he was everywhere off the tea but he can he can
Get it going with the putter so if he can keep it straight and get dialed in with his wedges I mean Sam Burns can be right there come Sun Sunday and 35 to one that’s not a bad number Russell Henley 35 to1 Russell Henley rated out
Pretty high in my model um but 35 to1 I just can’t get there with him it’s that that’s too low I need to have a little bit more on him I really did want to look to him this week but when I saw 35 to one I Ricky Fowler we’ll get into him

2024 Century Tournament of Champions is Max hom I think this could be a year maxom wins his first major he’s won a lot of other big golf tournaments he’s known for winning him in California he’s great there but I think it’s time for him to make his next step last year he
Was tied for third he gained 4.56 Strokes putting and 3.55 Strokes putting in 202 2 he’s really a great Putter and I’m not sure he gets the credit for that he’s also somebody that can go make lots of birdies he ranks ninth in birdie average and birdie are better percentage
I talked a little bit about this earlier but the golfers are going to be hitting a lot of shots from 125 yards and in so we want somebody that can hit a number of those shots whether it’s 50 to 75 yards 75 to 100 100 to

Honestly don’t think a lot of people think about when they talk about the century Tournament of Champions I haven’t really heard his name talked about too much this week in his previous four starts Ricky Fowler has a finish of T5 four five and T6 he ranks number one in course history
And his past four starts now of course history isn’t everything so I looked a little bit more into the stats he ranks in the top seven in Strokes gained approach when you talk about a second Shot Golf Course Ricky fower is going to be another name that comes to mind
Another interesting thought is La Country Club’s been brought up a bit as a comp course for this Lac if you remember it wasn’t too firm it played pretty easy and a lot of people were freaking out at the time is why are these scores so low Well Ricky Fowler
Along with sander scha play who also is known for playing really well at this course so we need people that are going to be able to go low on this golf course and how about a guy that has a track record of doing that on this course and
Rick’s going to be coming in he still wants to win you know he he’s coming off finally bouncing back in 2023 and I’m sure he wants to build on that momentum and he’s going to be extremely motivated to get off to a hot start again and continue to build on the momentum that

Man that can get hot with the putter he won the John Deere classic which again can be a comp course to this course not exactly like it but it can be and the man went absolutely nuclear on Sunday I remember sitting there watching the tournament and just thinking nobody is
Going to catch this man he was sinking in putts from 30 feet from 50 feet from 25 feet from 10 feet it he could not miss and that’s the type of guy we want here over four days SE straa can change channel in his Sunday from the John
Deere classic I think 55 to1 is a great number again Eric Cole was 50 to1 he’s never won a golf tournament on the PGA tour I’ll take sep straa at 55 to1 who again he was second in approach in 2023 at the century Tournament of Champions
But sep straa he was awful off the tea I think if he can get it right on a course that really isn’t that challenging off the te and just put themselves in position puts like you did at the John Deere Classic this man’s lifting the trophy and at 55
