All right boys I finally figured out the best way to stop your slice so last week at my tournament I was hitting slices like this and I honestly really didn’t know what was going on got me thinking what exactly causes a slice so a slice is

Caused from an open Club face with an out to end path so how we’re going to fix that is get up to the top you’re going to go down the elevator before you go out the elevator so here we go in slow motion all the way to the top down

The elevator before you go out the elevator and one more thing like to do is I try to pick a dimple on the inside of the golf ball and try to hit it here we go it should look something like this yep let me do a couple more so you

Know it’s real like I said I’m going to go down the elevator before I go out here we go that’s going to work pretty much every time you literally can do practice swings like this just take it back put it to your hip and then turn that’ll get you coming from inside out

  1. U should do a what’s in the bag including the shafts. What shaft and driver specs u got there?

  2. Are able to draw your driver as easily as fading it? Idk why but lately I can’t draw my driver to save my life.

  3. Been trying to close the club face more thinking that’d solve my problem but but the in to out is probably my problem 😅guess I gotta hit the range tomorrow morning and try this

  4. Thanks man, I especially like the dimple part. It’s like pulling teeth for someone to tell you what they are looking at before hitting the ball

  5. A slice is caused by the club path In relation to your clubface. Meaning it does not have to be open to your target to slice. If you swing to the left of your clubface, it will fade/slice , the farther left you swing the more it turns .
So you can have your ball start at the target and slice , this means your clubface was square and your swing was to far left , so your swingpath was the culprit .
Now if you ball starts off path and turns even farther your clubface was the culprit .
This is how it works , trackman proved this years ago .

  6. I was slicing my life away with all clubs, couldn’t figure it out. Then I bought a swing tempo/grip trainer. Now I can draw the ball at will. It was mainly my grip causing the horrific slice.

  7. Great advice but there is also 2 other factors to consider. Face to path alignment and strike.

You can swing in to out as much as you like but if the face is open to the path the ball is still going right.

Got to make sure strike is fairly centerd or slightly towards the toe. Get too close to the heal and the ball is gearing left to right, which if you are already aiming slightly right trying to play a draw is gonna end up with a right miss again.
