Bit credit them though they didn’t give up and they battled back and I think they got it to 12 or 11 I I think it was 11 final score so would have liked it to be a little bit more than that but overall uh I thought we did what we
Needed to do to get out of there with the win and as I always say winning on the road in the big North is hard I’m looking at these uh stats so we’ll get guess we’ll get to patki in a minute but uh we had some good players uh good

Something that you strive for every year at least to get to this point regroup look at things but uh boy P Ptown just lost to TCC a lot of letters in there patoski lost to Central 6253 I think last Friday night and we beat TC Central 5833 uh maybe that doesn’t mean anything

Going to have to get some new roles so they’re still working through that a little bit but Marshall I watched the Sue game and he went crazy and I think he had 27 total and 20 in the second half so keeping him the momentum off of

Years ago at our place um Cadillac wins the league and goes to the quarterfinals and they scored 23 points and uh we scor a whopping 26 I mean it was a a defensive ble but a fun game against two good teams we made it to the regional finals in

No um there was quite a quite a few of us were tired I don’t know if you could tell by the turnovers in the second half but it was almost an exponential number compared to the first half and that is I think just fatigue we need to get

Of mine are even second chance if I miss a shot that’s that’s Kyle’s point so I’m not worried about getting back on defense it’s more of when’s Kyle GNA throw that thing up and put it in the hoop maybe Gavin Gates your Mo third most important player as a passer and uh
Just being out there keeping a cool head how about Wade and Maine in their roles uh as guard and even a big 284 uh pound 6′ for guard forward senior bayy Wade no Bailey definitely knows his role he knows he’s not the the most uh he’s not like the First Choice as for
Scoring but every time he shoots the ball it’s always going to be a shot it’s going to be a great shot he knows where the ball should be he knows where to put the ball and uh he knows how to get the ball in the hands of the right people
And then Eli brings the ball up the court very well uh he we can’t get anything going if Eli didn’t start it start it off for us so having those two even if they don’t score like they did tonight um just having them there I mean
It’s a part of the team it’s a team it’s not a onep person thing I wish I could I mean I sometimes the credit would be nice but you can’t give the credit to just one person CU I think a lot of people deserve the credit if not more
Credit than most of others well Eli had seven then you had four players two a two a piece so these guys are helping you as well Grant Williams who had a really nice play maybe the play of the game on a quick rebound and put back Nate Roberts clay poin two points none
For poin tonight but two for uh Williams and Roberts how about their role in coming off the bench and nothing else to play play well and give you guys some confidence while you’re getting a breather yeah they really just uh they give us a really good breather um it’s
Really nice to have someone sit on the bench and then know the person coming in is just as good so uh having them there doesn’t really put a lot of stress on the coaches and then tonight clay stepped up big play had a couple steals

Of little guys in the gym is I see a bunch of veterans too I’m looking at mag madx hogland Charlie runstrom Vinnie Jima Jaden Monte Keenan marah a bunch of guys that are part of our program are in the gym tonight so that’s always special to have them come back we had Charlie
With 26 tonight gave him player the game you got Kyle as well 16 points don’t make everything but that nice lead we got out in front 2110 3817 But Here Comes the third quarter similar to TC West a but little different they like to come back crawl back and try to make a
Run for it what the Vikings have to do to make that stop happening well we got to figure that out that’s it’s now it’s a trend it’s happened a few times that is now a Trend and it is now a concern of mine we got to make sure we are
Figuring that out and I don’t know what it is yet I’m still we’re trying to figure out what what’s the difference and I mean I want to give some credit to pataski it’s not like they’re just going to get on the bus and go home we beat
Them up pretty good we knew where they were going to take their best shot and we didn’t handle it all that great to our credit we did keep it in the D in double digits for most of the game and you know we’re in the locker room after
The game and it’s like our dog died and I’m like hey fellas we’re 6 and0 3 and0 in the big North our our zone defense work like a charm at the end of the game like we have a lot of stuff to be excited about but the maturity level
That our kids have that know it wasn’t good enough and we can play so much better is pretty cool because it’s a lot more fun to clean up things that are not right after a win versus a loss well we asked Harold at halftime on the halftime
Interview what could you say they could do better he saw nothing I mean that that he had him we had him speechless and I guess the momentum changed at the in the third quarter they outscored you 1910 uh rebounding a factor turnovers what was it I mean is it them coming out
We give credit to patoski for figuring this thing out at least for that short bit yeah we didn’t we didn’t value the ball we got pretty loose with it and didn’t we I guess the word value like we didn’t value the basketball and when you give the basketball away you let teams
Hang around and that momentum thing that High School momentum is a crazy thing once you lose it it is really hard to get it back our guys have figured out how to get it back but I’d like to never give it away and we’re going to figure
That out as we go how do you do this coach The head stuff with the kids their kids uh in their heads to get them ready physically is one thing but mentally and also to come over hurdles like that creating adversity when it’s not really there in practice is really hard
To do so playing a face opponent is something that we got to continue to work on and really playing against oursel how can we be get better doing our stuff each and every practice and each and every day so we’ll continue to work on I appreciate everyone listening
