Thanks for watching!
It’s for for example if I hold this with tension and now rotate it’s going to move out but if my arms are relaxed and I rotate it’s a very different action so now I’m allowing my shoulders to react I’m allowing the arms to react and what they’re actually doing now is reacting
To the Club thanks for watching if you’re watching this video that means that you’re probably into the golf swing and you want to get better at it and you’ve heard this term shallowing and it seems to be something uh Marcus that people say is like oh if I could only shallow
The club or I’m so steep coming down so this is Marcus Bell an instructor from England who’s out here doing some B better golf schools and some videos with me he does grf golf on YouTube so to find some things for us without any opinions yeah from you personally yet uh
Just let us know like okay what what is shallowing it’s not a term I particularly use but in golfing terminology golfing jargon it’s like they talk about laying the shaft down they talk about shallowing the plane um if you think about the Ling of the golf
Club when you set up to the golf ball it’s related to the ground and to the Target line and where the golf club is relative to the ball or an extension of that line from the target through the ball back so whether it’s over the plane
Under the plane it’s all relative to the L angle of the golf club so so when the golf club’s returning and it’s been delivered to the golf ball it’s kind of similar to the angle it started on so it’s kind of it’s It’s termed an onplan
Golf swing and there’s lots of stuff out there the functional swing plane and there’s been a lot of research done in terms of playing of motion of the club um and it’s kind of a generally accepted theory that the club should be returning on this plane and when you do watch all
These top players they’ve all got different ways of doing it but they do return the golf claw back through a similar motion so the thing that people search a lot is they people feel like they come down and the shaft is cuz the hand plane is something different that
We we would maybe do a different video about but specifically with like being steep this would maybe be what people think of as Steep and then this would be sh more shallow so steepening or standing up right so in transition the club goes this way or laying down okay
Okay yeah it’s um lots of different ideas on it um it’s basically the change of direction of the golf swing okay so um of course where you’re swinging that Golf Club in space is going to influence it but generally when you change direction the body organizes itself naturally and this is something
That I particularly focus on is the Players overall awareness of how they’re moving but with the club in the hands in terms of how the club reacts to them so instead of them trying to position the club or lay a club down or stand it up or do whatever how does the body
Actually move so that this just happens without even having to pay any attention to it as soon as you start to think about this in a conscious manner you’re now deliberately manipulating it so in terms of movement you you’re starting to it’s really acting you’re really kind of
Um positioning the club in space and we don’t have that time in the in the swing if you think about most normal movements most natural actions we make like throwing I mean pitching in baseball is probably the closest to the change of Direction where it’s actually the body motion that
Sequences the reaction with the arm but a lot of people are focused on positioning the club so there’s a there’s almost an artificial tension in yeah which isn’t present when we kick or throw or hit with other object objects or in other sports but in golf because we’re so focused almost transfixed on
Where this in Sp this is in Space the actual muscle function being applied isn’t the same as other sports we’re not allowing ourselves to let this thing react because we’re trying to position it so it’s almost there’s a lot of tension and then it’s for for example
If I hold this with tension and now rotate it’s going to move out yeah but if my arms are relaxed and I rotate it’s a very different action so so now I’m allowing my shoulders to react I’m allowing the arms to react and what they’re actually doing now is reacting
To the club and the clubs reacting to the forces you’re creating from the body so it’s how are we actually moving with the body and allowing the club to react so the club reacts to us instead of us trying to action some kind of movement with the
Club and now we’re actually trying to position our body relative to where this club is and it’s going to get noisy this starts to get messy because there’s so many components involved in human movement in terms of sequencing we can’t possibly be consciously aware and try
And control every aspect of it but the where we apply our attention is where we develop generally our awareness so we can be aware of what’s going on here but what we lose is the awareness of how the body’s reacting and if I’m trying to position the club in space in essence
The body all it’s trying to do is just trying to organize itself to enable you to make this movement and that might not be conducive to a free flowing powerful action so essentially we’re losing all the components of the swing by focusing heavily on this aspect if you think
About it this is the end of the chain so if you were to crack a whip all the actions done on this end and the other end reacts but what we’re focusing on golf we’re always focusing on the reaction at the other end and then trying to somehow reverse engineer it
Back to the start so golf is approximal to distal sport so we it’s the the inside out it’s kind of it’s not distal to proximal once we start tensioning the end of the chain that changes the whole function of the chain now it has a big KnockOn effect and then people try to
They they they try to explore using the ground or doing these other exploring lots of different things but essentially because they they’ve been so focused on positioning it’s inhibiting really their exploration of any other capability in the system because the system is so inhibited it’s actually just reacting to enable you to
Position this club so it’s it’s the wrong way around what we need to do first is we need to accept that this is very complex yeah we don’t need to simplify it conceptually it’s very complex but the body is so used to making complex movements 24 hours a day 7even days a
Week what we’ve got to do is we’ve got to let the body do its job so all we’ve got to do is create a mechanical advantage in terms of the physical landscape we’re operating with so essentially not getting in our own way not creating some kind of physical disadvantage where we’re compromising
Now the efficiency of the Swing if you’re if you throw a ball at no point do you make a movement that is going to be countering or inhibiting the flow so if you were if you were to throw a ball at that 50 yard sign there George
Okay and I missed it by a yard and a half so we are look at that and now I I hit it on the Hop notice the second one was better so you improved so you naturally self-regulated now throwing is not and it’s and it’s it’s not the same
As a golf swing it’s it’s it’s plain to see but but it is ground up and uh proximal to dist right exactly and the in your and what you did there was you allowed your body to tap into all the stretch reflex actions Across The Joint you allowed it to synchronize sequence
And you did it with accuracy and totally something that doesn’t happen in the G Going totally naturally yeah you know I have I have the map for that there was no over the top trying to control it yeah you actually lagged everything was sequenced yeah everything was there side bends yeah everything
So we do possess the ability to allow ourselves to organize these sequins in the moment very quick and efficiently maybe not to Elite level it’s all relative to the individual but we’ve all we’re all able to sequence or learn a sequence yeah so for example
Golf in terms of if we were trying to play a draw yeah uh with an iron so you threw it in the air then okay so we’ll talk about that later cuz that’s more probably applicable to say a driver so a driver might be more like this an iron more like this okay
So very different Dynamics in terms of the trajectory you intend with this throw one like a driver and then throw so a driver might be more kind of side on that way and essentially arcing up okay so we can even go so we could go higher
So it’s sidearm it’s a side it’s a side on action golf the ball’s there we’re here we’re tilted so we can recreate these kind of conditions but allow ourselves to tap into a bit more of natural functionality so starting to really launch it high and notice to get
It up where did my body have to go it had to side Bend yeah sure did to go up uhhuh at no point my body wants to do this so the whole body is involved in the trajectory of the golf ball the whole body the form of your movement it
Creates a shape that we should recognize in terms of trajectory because this is the last part of the chain so we’re actually creating the shape of the golf shot through the release pattern which is a result of the body movements we’re making so we should be able to recognize
Our body movements in terms of golf shot so you could look at a golf a golf on television in a tournament or watching your mates you can probably tell if they’ve hit a low shot kind of a medium trajectory or a high shot okay so your body starts to
Make make a move that’s representative of the shot you intend to hit the issue with most golfers is they’re not recognizing the movement of the body relative to the shot they’re trying to play or the club they’re using so an iron may be more down so it’s more this way
At no point is my hand going over the top is it kind of standing up if there was a shaft in my hand it’s it’s doing the opposite so we’re getting this external rotation this sh this scap retraction we’re getting all this kind of load these loading patterns naturally
Purely based around natural movements with an external intention now do something for a me Marcus you hit a hit a golf shot just like a little left of that black flag is with my club so weird challenge here but cuz I want to ask you how you do
Something so just a normal shot normal shot just that that Black Flag oh yeah really good okay Marcus so get get into your setup this is the question I ask everybody so get into your setup this is a question that with the shallowing that really helps me so
Go to the top of your swing so yeah stay there so if the plane is here Marcus right that you want to strike the ball on like you just hit a really good good shot like to that 150 yard marker and if you want to get there you are going to I
Think going to have to do something you can’t just rotate which is advocated sometimes so the solution for this across the golf world different coaches have different solutions for this about how to get back down here and there’s no or no wrong right but what do you think
Cuz you keep saying like natural and as an adult learner of golf like I was 22 when I started nothing really feels natural like I feel like people who are are like this little girl like that that might be natural to her when she’s 40
But um it doesn’t it’s not natural to me so how but throwing that ball you know very natural so how can we have a more natural shallowing that’s not forced I think the two great things you said there was that the focus has to be external to internal but the movement
Has to be internal to into out yeah so how can we be a little more of this natural shallowing that you just did great when you hit the shot so we know we know or we can see if I demonstrate if the handle goes this way shaft goes that
Way okay I don’t need to put any force on this shaft to do it as soon as I move this way so the center of mass of the golf club is about here yeah and so do that again then I we’ll just trace it yeah you’re not putting any extra torque
It’s Center Mass is going that way handle’s going this way true so people are afraid of moving this way um exactly but if you’re throwing a ball okay it’s all it’s all dependent on where you are in time and space relative to the rest of the body okay so yes of
Course if this goes out first then yeah okay the shaft might shallow but now my hands are in a place that’s yeah going to create this kind of action with the club yeah but if you rotate okay because if we take the lead arm for example connected to the
Shoulder if we think of this as our main lever this is a centripetal Point that’s really going to accelerate the club as I rotate where does the lead shoulder go it goes back and round so what’s that going to do that’s going to pull the arm out round
And it’s definitely going to move this way but then as it’s moving this way it’s moving down out and round and it’s going to be coming following the body the the time so the shallowing is built into the rotation you do the rotation the and as long as you don’t add something extra
If I CU I’m not you know if I just hold this like that you say that’s the club shallowing when I do that yeah I mean even with lead arm so if you were to throw if you were to throw a ball okay out the back of your hand yeah at no
Point is this arm going to do this yeah and I’m going to talk about uh the road to squaring up the face cuz basically people are using this as a mechanism to square the face so the difference between throwing and hitting is you got to square a face okay and so people
Don’t realize how to square the face which throws out the sequence so so it’s not just the right hand we can use the left hand the lead hand for right-hander um and we can use just the left hand and throw in it as a backand so we can
Actually start to appreciate what the left side does too because obviously the arms connected to the left shoulder so we’re having you to use the body now to sequence and let this thing go so if we were to throw a ball with the left hand at no point did my hand do this
Into the ground or straight out just in the air it’s good cool and then Brendan at the ground so now down into the floor but with power good and then you can even start to explore how you can actually push off the ground to get more the ground harder yeah
So so you can start to feel how you can use the ground to basically it’s a backhand slap it’s a slap shot with a back hand but that’s too late you see so you were in you were still loaded into the floor now this put this puts tension on
The body and this feels kind of rigid this is when you see people moving as a block cuz they’re not unweighting when you unweight you are extremely mobile and flexible okay so if I was to jump off the floor watch my shoulders yeah they’re Shing if I was to
Try and recreate this through tensioning so muscular contraction here this is more concentric as opposed to Ecentric so using the ground to Spring first yeah even earlier with the body so we can push off earlier yes oh yeah that it gets me more open yeah yeah it gets you more open so
Why does it get you more open well you’re accelerating your rotations with vertical Force so you can hit you can really release down and this at no point is going this way no you would you would never worry about that from down the line this hand path this is going to
Ark so you’re always coming from the inside out as you rotate you’re always Inside Out always inside out all the time you’re rotating this thing is going out out out out out out out out all the time yeah it’s never until we stop does it come back in so it’s always traveling out
Great so but there’s a missing component to that you were telling me about there’s a huge missing component yeah we see a lot of the good things there but I think if you if there was a golf swing it would be nonfunctional because that’s the missing component okay okay okay so
The missing component is we have to square a face we have to use the club we have to compress the ball we have to play the golf shot with this the first thing people do generally is they get to the top of the back swing and now they’re trying to square the
Face and it’s the mechanism that they’re squaring the face with that throws the sequence into chaos already at the top they’re worried about the face so they well the body’s the body’s having to square the face for us but essentially what we’ve attuned ourselves to often completely unintentionally
Unnoticeably is a mechanism to square the face and it’s the mechanism that’s Square in the face that prevents us normally from improving our sequence because even if we improve our body movement we only know what we know the body only knows what it knows so it’s
Got It’s it’s operated with a map with feelings that it’s used to with habits if you’ve got a habit of releasing a club to square the face in a certain way how do you know once you change the rest of the system how this should react so
In essence the body is just trying to square the face up and now this provides well it compromises the whole sequence it basically shorts the whole circuit so now now somewhere along the chain we’ve got we’ve shorted the circuit what we need to do is let this circuit continue
So we need to rotate the face about the shaft so if I gave you something like a screwdriver um you just rotate it if I gave you a table tennis bat or a tennis racket and said just rotate it You’ do this yeah you probably wouldn’t do this no so rotation is
This but this happens throughout the motion this is recognizable this motion here is recognizable in front of us but when it’s here this might not be so recognizable this side yeah probably so because it’s probably moving through these planes of motion on this side of the body but what’s it like here what’s
It like in the moment when we’re changing direction how do we actually recognize what this rotation of the shaft feels like so we can start to attune ourselves to this and then unlock the rest of the Body for sequence so it almost will reverse engineer but not consciously because our Consciousness is
Going to be placed more on how we’re reacting in terms of our feet and the ground in order for this to react to us but first of all we’ve got to unlock the possibility of letting the sequence emerge because the club can react and rotate I’ve put so I’ve put the basket
There on purpose yeah so I use an exercise called a tow deep divot but on a map we don’t want to be impacting the wrist too much but what I do is I I challenge all the viewers to put a basket on the mat take your
Setup and what we got to do we’ve got to strike the ground doesn’t have to be hard but with the toe of the club what I suggest you do just to give yourself just to give your body the feel of this is get a golf ball and tap it on the
Toe okay so you you can actually feel where that is and you’re going to strike the ground with that part of the club so it’s kind of on the it’s on the Leading Edge toe okay and what we’re going to do we’re going to strike the ground with a
Half swing but we can’t can’t hit this basket but we’ve got to let the swing continue okay so I’m letting my elbows fold I’m just letting the clubs just essentially bounce off the mat and go straight up to the sky so this is teaching you to rotate the face in a
Different way yeah rather than this kind of rotation and it’s all lagged so at no point has this club overtaken my hands right so I’m experiencing what it’s like to rotate a club while it’s lagged behind the hands because if we’re going to square this club face up for
Impact it has to be rotating while it’s lagging behind the body if we want to create a sequence so what does it actually feel like to rotate a golf club when that is the last part of the chain to react so here this is now this might
Look strange but if I was to rotate now it doesn’t look so strange right okay so it’s kind of once you start to marry up the sequence it all starts to take the form of a more recognizable golf swing look but what we’re looking at here is we we’re looking at components we’re
Looking at The Swinging component form isolating this developing awareness so that we’re able to then integrate it in a way that is compliant in terms of a sequence from the ground so so we’ve got to recognize first what it’s like to have a club that’s lagged and rotating
Because most people are losing the lag they’re using the lag they’re they’re releasing the lag to square the face and are you keeping that club Behind you through like wrist Force keeping you behind you or what is the thing that’s keeping it back you don’t need to think
All you need to do is Strike it the ground with a toe and really think about just letting it bounce off the ground and up to the up to the sky yes so if we were to slowmo that down and stop your impact what you’d see is here with you would
See Trail wrist inflexion right elbow inflexion you’d see all the things things that you see in the top players at impact full drill as I’m tapping this just to get a good feeling be really specific hold it up in the air for me MH it’s there yep right where the
You’re giving you’re giving your body precise information what you’ve got to remember Brendan is the body doesn’t recognize language doesn’t recognize words it’s sensory input it’s feelings so we need to bounce that straight up to the sky yeah but let the let the toe rotate more so you’d imagine doing this
Exercise the first comment I get is well you’re going to hit pul hooks okay right yeah somebody said that on one of our videos they like well wouldn’t that be dead left it’s absolutely not because what it’s allowing you to do Brendon it’s allowing you to use your body and
Brendon what’s going to happen is now the forces you’re creating with your body are going to counterbalance the forces of the GOL the torque of the golf club so the rotation of the club is going to be counterbalanced it’s the same way that you how do you control
Your hand you don’t control your hand throwing by trying to control the hand end of the it’s the end of the W but it’s the tension it’s the movement it’s sequence in which stabilizes this so it’s actually the body that’s stabilizing the face through how you
Rotate and when you spring off the floor or or whatever Force vertical Force you’re using however you term it you’re amplifying these rotations essentially ramping up the rotational Force which is counterbalance in the face that’s why often when people improve their sequence they start H it miles right because they
Haven’t got right the the squaring up mechanism so if you here for me yeah and just to just to show if you just do the exercise for me and tow it tow it into the floor and bounce it up okay so look at that look at this face okay it’s
Really towed yeah so you’d think well that’s that’s that’s going to hit the ball miles left but if you just extend and rotate to the Target for me look at this now yeah Square while it’s still lagged behind the hands yes if this takes over your hands you’re absolutely
Going to start hitting probably pull hooks and that’s feedback then that hang on I’m not using my body correctly now so you should actually you probably get pull hooks very low pull hooks at first because that’s just highlighting the inefficiency of your body movement and sequencing until you wake up the
Dropping pattern exactly then you can start to wake up the body so it needs the end of the chain to be actively responsive in terms of squaring the face up and when you’re doing this you can really get that this turn down but it’s going to be behind what I and then I
Really challenge you now I’m going to move the that back okay so now try it good but really that’s it let your out so you’re doing this with your you’re doing this uhhuh you’re letting the club head overtake the hands we need that club head to bounce up to the sky
Bouncing it straight up so let your elbows just fold and it throws the club up to the sky yes okay you don’t need to look forward you can stay here and just let it bounce up that’s it cool so first Marcus yeah like just recapping this whole video yeah in about 2 minutes
You’re going to throw a ball or a couple balls with your right hand and like an iron shot okay so this is going to be down uhhuh okay and you’re using the body earlier than you might think I um well it’s just the whole orientation of your movement
Is representative of the intention it’s here designed the body’s organizing itself so I can throw the ball down so do that again good now do the left hand cool do the left hand again then that would be a great hand plane Marcus was saying but there the
Missing piece would be the face so I’ll give you this nine iron so now you’re going to do what we did just a minute ago and you’re going to do toe down deep divot with those soft arms coming up Marcus does that so well okay good let
Me get a a reel ball and then hit a shot and the only thing so the only thing that’s keeping it from being dead is when you put together the how did you say it a lagged club that is uh Twisted yeah rotating yeah about the shaft a real a lagged Club that’s
Rotated with the body movement those two things come together because there’s no necessity for this golf club now to get thrown out to square up this if you watch where this club actually goes with a tow deep diot it goes this way yeah and as long as you
Finish and use the body it’ll never be shut yeah so we’re not I’m not suggesting you hit golf balls with a with the toe of the club it’s just an exercise to take you into a more extreme range of this plane of motion this rotation so that you can recogize it and
Then you can start to regulate it but what will regulate it is the efficiency of your body movement because it’s now giv you the opportunity to explore using the body so I would actually probably start with this first I see and then now start to recognize how you can use the
Body because notice my upper body when I’m throwing down this is the same as this wasn’t a great throw but I’ll do it but you can see you can see the orientation of my movement this is the same both sides and then if we hit an iron really
Good that’d be a ho in one see we’re just going to wait and see if it hits the stick okay one yard left okay awesome thanks for watching everybody go to grf golf and you’re going to see a whole bunch of videos that Marcus has on
There of the lessons he does and then also uh specific lessons he does for YouTube really really good and very different from what you may have seen before uh we’re going to be doing more collaborations in the future but to see them you have to make sure to hit the
Subscribe button here on this channel very important and also uh we might be doing some in-person things coming up so send me an email contact B better golf gmail.com or contact Marcus and we’ll keep you updated bye thanks guys

Don’t care how much you shallow, if you try to do it as he’s teaching (and demonstrating), you will miss the ball by several feet! GEARS shows that every pro has their arms move vertically down from the top…and it doesn’t require you to pull straight down at the end of the grip (which would steepen the shaft). Anyhow, haven’t heard any other instructor you’ve had on that speaks more gobbledygook than Marcus. And I can’t imagine anyone using many of the “aids” he’s had you using. Not to be disrespectful, but he consistently talks about how it all happens “naturally” and the body organizes itself “automatically” if you do this or that. Nothing could be further from the truth with a person new to golf (especially an adult).
I bet he charges per word in his lessons, if not, he's losing money for sure. 🙂
Don Parsons in Santa Barbara teaches this. He calls the strike as 'thumping the ground'. It's essentially an ulnar release to get to the ball. Super pure strikes but difficult to learn a new technique as an adult. For me at least.
Clever drill at 21:00.
Is there a golf swing in his mind? Or just drills and talking?
brendon . great video as usual. when marcus says hit the toe you are consistently hitting the heel! 23:28
Great lesson, different approach well explained
That is NOT TRUE>>>THEY Most of the pro golfers do NOT return the shaft to the Plane at which they set up on!! GO CHECK>>>>>>>>>>>example would be Justin Thomas HE sets up on one plane and stands up thru the hitting area and changes the plane approx 4 inches! >>GO CHECK.
Just pointing out that his teaching is doing things "naturally". And teaching from a different angle is ok. Some will get it and some will close their mind to it. Its obvious he has helped alot of golfers swing better.
Personally, I get a lot of what Marcus says and find his approach refreshing. My takeaway from this video is similar to my understanding of the main idea of the "tow" the club video you did with Milo
This process kind of reminds like when you grip an iron and the face is 45 degrees closed. Then you have to use your body in a way that you hit the ball straight. The toe-down hitting the mat drill is an active way of pre-setting the face closed.
Hmmm, so shallowing the club is different for a beginner or a scratch golfer??? If it works for you, that’s awesome.
Thank you so much for getting Marcus on this channel! I've really enjoyed these videos with him. I enjoy your videos also!… but Marcus is what the standard for teaching should be!
Great stuff. What do you feel controls the face more in this approach ? Body rotation or the wrist torqing the club? I'm still trying to understand the wrist torque component – seem like you need to max it out, motorcycle grip style, as you begin the downswing. At least that's what it feels like to get the toe-down divot.
Thanks Brendon for bringing Marcus on. I always enjoy his take on the golf swing. I think the one thing that often gets left out of the shallowing discussion is the main benefit, which is that it generates a passive torque that closes the clubface which was modeled by Sasho Mackenzie. For an explanation, watch "Sasho MacKenzie and Chris Como discuss the golf swing", on youtube.
Big shame this isn't the standard for golf instruction.
The establishment is stuck in some weird past that doesn't work
I like this video. I think the main point is that we need to listen (with our sensors) to what is happening to the club when we are swinging, instead of trying to place or force the club off its path. Most people force it because they have too many active thoughts, most of which stem from not wanting to look like a fool. 🙂
Hope all is well,
Alan
This tells me Marcus your boy standing in front of you had no clue how to swing the sweet spot still uggg here in Whittier.
Slow down his swing … I thank you
Inhibiting any exploration on the system ..🤪
Dude can’t you just LISTEN for once, this man is not interested in “Shallowing “ the club or manipulating the club . Just be quiet and Listen !
Same release action for short game? Driver?
Interesting discussion. Thanks. 👊👊
Don’t think I’ve ever heard so much bull$hit in all my years watching golf videos. Well done. Watch 24:38 where Marcus does a Yuri Gellar scam. He is a conman.
I like how he comes back to clubface. You cannot make these body movements with an open clubface and hit the ball anywhere near your target
Brilliant. Modern instruction looks at too many static positions. Marcus deals with the body movements to control the club. His drills promote this. That’s why his teaching sessions are 3 ish hours. Tks much.
30 minutes of yammering. Jesus.
Body rotation is a clubface opener. If you get your body more active through good sequencing, you need to learn to turn the clubface down with your hands and wrists.
Great video.. I wish it was more natural as he says.
this is wrong. don't do it. why don't you show us a handicapper getting better on camera.. all you guys are missing an important point. theres a way easier way.
I enjoy your channel for the most part… BUT… when one of your guests is explaining something in detail, your fidgeting, lack of attention, and/or interruptions are both disrespectful of them and annoying to the viewer, at least to this one.
I'm dying to know of all the teaching pros you've worked with, is there one that stands out as your favorite? (strictly referring to their swing philosophy). The one teacher's instructions you stick with more than the others in your game outside of your Be Better Golf YouTube channel? And man, I know how going down the YouTube rabbit hole has negatively affected my game…. curious how you process all these lessons. Makes me think you stick with one coaches philosophy in private and Be Better Golf is just your job and the info is simply for viewers
I'm really enjoying this lesson. Rotating the club in this manner to square the face feels like a game changer. It allows for better ball compression, and by delofting the club, you can achieve much greater distance in your shots.
Great video Brandon and Marcus. How to apply the toe down exercise to fairway wood and driver?
More brilliant info. Great stuff!
