How do you do fellow DG what is good we’re back here on the channel today at Henderson and we’re shooting uh a pretty special video for me uh for those of you that know me uh I am a big big disc craft fan really since the game started

Um not for any particular reason I quite like their pro team the Plastics in my opinion are very good but a lot of the brand loyalty is born out of not trying as many discs as there are on the market so if I can stick to one brand um then

It’s it’s a little bit better for my wallet um and speaking of wallet today is going to be uh quite an interesting video where and I’ll show you why in just a Second the reason we’re out here at Henderson today is uh we actually have the most expensive disc in my collection collection at the moment currently um that I will be throwing which is none other than a four claw Force beautiful beautiful color on this one this teely

Green with the uh Hollow Claws and the blue stamp I have been wanting to get my hands on any of the fork calls for a long long time I got this one for a pretty reasonable price in my opinion they’re very very hard to come by here

In uh in New Zealand and I think the same is true also for for somewhere like Australia I did not bring a pen so I have not named or numbered this uh this is not really the course not really a course where you can uh lose discs as

Long as you’re being careful so there’s no real concern to that but there that adds a little bit of danger to today’s round and yeah we are going to work this into the bag we’re going to figure out what sort of stability this is like compared to the other forces uh that I

Have in my collection um and without any further Ado let’s get stuck into Hall one all right it’s very very windy today again let’s admire the four claw before we throw it for the first time there is danger to the right so uh I mean this should be pretty stable we’re not going

To really turn this over basus down there I normally throw an Athena see how we go they got carried there so yeah not a great first shot it is very very windy here at hon today uh for all of the approaches I’m still going to use the

Force as well but for anywhere inside Circle 2 I will putting with my usual CH SS uh and yeah first shot not great um no warmup ripped it straight out the car so can’t really complain and at least it didn’t go in the water all righty okay we are deep C2 here this

Will also be one of the first times you’re seeing the straddle pot oh a close easy PA all righty here at hle 2 um I have been liking the turnover on this shot um as well as the forehand um but obviously today we’re going to test this out in a

Forehand and see what it stability is like um this is normally what I would throw here sometimes I’ve been throwing the Raptor just depending on the wind but with a big headwind um and with this and with me not wanting to turn this over I’ll just be throwing this flat

Letting it right up there and finish that was a really nice really nice flight not bad edge of C1 for the put stunning stunning day here in Oakland at the moment we’ve had a lot of cloud this morning but it’s supposed to be gearing up for a lovely weekend which bows well

For a Champs I swear they got they there’s a lot of Kinks to be worked out with this new putt they should not have lifted got to make you comeback as kids nobody wants to see the three putt so one of the more interesting things about this for Claw is is that

There is no tooling on the bottom that’s so prevalent in other disc craft discs um and to be honest there something I actually really enjoy in disc craft discs because especially on forehand I make sure to grip that uh by like slotting my fingers in on the forehand

As some like extra sort of grip cuz I do get very sweaty fingers hole three to be honest this and hole 5 are really the only shots where I’m kind of worried about losing this disc I was to shank it or hit a tree or something it could kick

Right into the river and again not named there’s no way I’m getting this back um B see the basket straight down there we’re just going to play a soft Heiser in gorgeous and the first tree hit bit of a brutal roll back off that tree um but this this is something we

Can still give a run hey no birdies today folks all right finally big open bomb time whole four let’s see what this thing can do we got a slight left to right so if we give this a little bit of Annie it should hold oh and then Flex

Back the skips on this thing are unreal and it’s really not as stable as I thought it was going to be all righty big flare skip out we’re looking at a strong Tailwind pot let’s get this birdie right as I say that the wind the wind creeps up no so many wasted

Opportunities oh we have well and truly entered the wind tunnel part of the course it loves to swir around this little area here uh definitely one of the most picturesque holes in Orland disc golf once the uh once the leaves have come back and we’re we’re well into

Spring now uh we’re going to really pump this on a forehand nice and flat maybe get some turn then have it finish who I can’t tell if that’s far or not this was one of the holes that I was worried about in terms of losing the

Disc and we haven’t lost it yet a bad pump from the forehand but definitely not inside any circle at the moment uh we’re going to play for a little upshot uh this is going to flare skip I’m guessing if we put it in low so I’m

Going to try and play it out wide by the bench and have it skip back in of course and that time it just dies for me you’re probably looking at this video and thinking new putt you probably need to try another new putt after this

Um and you’re not wrong I uh have a lot of confidence at home but when it gets to the actual green it’s a lot harder that was a nice part and a very good pass save hole five for those of you that haven’t seen this hole before is

Right around that big tree there um you absolutely want to pump a forehand up there with as much Hiser as possible get it to skip off the dirt and ideally go on the basket this has proven to be quite straight on a forehand so going to

Wait a couple of seconds before so this person can get out the way cuz if we put this on a bit too much heer they are very much in the way on the other side it’s got a little bit of dirt in it now there aren’t any are there anything

Noticeable marks from that tree hit not really um but I can see why a lot of people really really like the old Discraft plastic it is very very nice that’s actually too that’s like wider than I was intending to go but uh it should SK up skip up there and

Give me a pot so you can see we been left another sort of test range here it’ll be another nice one to get I thought we were I thought we were moving away from missing LIF but apparently not apparently not that’s a shame to miss that birdie but yeah these routs

Here do kind of stop the skip here we are hole s the signature hole for Henderson uh beautiful beautiful hole this is my favorite hole on the course uh normally I would throw something understable here have it flip up to Flat ride and then sort of just like Coast in

Underneath the basket we’re going to have to throw this one on a little bit more of a flex today um but it will be good to practice that line um we’re going to bring the tree on the the tree on the left into play a little bit but

Should be able to flex around that come back out of it come back out of it oh straight into that tree little bit too much Annie we do not have a backhand line so so I’m going to try and play the intentional skip here off the ground it

Seems a little bit rude to be throwing this into the ground but again discs are made to be thrown uh and that kind of worked out well I thought that was going to come back off the ground but this I’ll take the slide I’ll take the slide uh and you’d hoped that this

Wouldn’t be a tester or any sort of a distance to worry about but you never know you never know good put all righty whole eight we got dudes who are about to walk through the Fairway all right well now we’re definitely going to be throwing the forehand

Because they’ve sat down right in the way all right it’s down there easy tap in for par here um this hole’s gotten a lot harder since they moved the tree that was down there it was on the left there and had fallen over and then moved and cut all

The debris up and put it in front of the basket along the yeah they moved the debris and moved it into the Fairway I don’t know who did it if it was the team out here that maintain the course or if it was just a council um we have had

Complaints about some of the course installations in the past it wouldn’t surprise me if it was a perturbed resident I’m going to go for a wand and see who’s up there we might have to skip this hole not sure if it was just a little photo shoot or just chilling up for the

Afternoon but this is a little baby fck you essentially want to be just over the top of those branches and have it sort of just like drift back in it’s not very far it’s only about 55 M so that wind’s going to make it hard it’s probably going to hold it a bit

Longer that’s it oh please drop in the bucket ah that tree that damn tree what an unfortunate kick that last Ranch really stopped it coming through essentially like this for a p still got the birdie baby maybe all righty last hole of this little 10 hole Loop that is Henderson we’ve learned

Some valuable things about this force today um it’s definitely less stable than a lot of the other forces that I have which is perfect it is 100% going in the bag um I’ve already actually scratched the stamp so it’s not really in clict this condition anymore anyway

Um but this will be perfect for what I actually want out of a force and I’ll throw this one a lot and hopefully gets more beaten and and just gets a little bit more under stability while still retaining its Integrity but that takes us to hold 10 a nice little baby fakes

Again a little Ace run you want that skip to push you up and into the basket so we’re going to try and get that again if you’re enjoying what I do on the channel you know make sure you show me some love it’s not been a great round by

Any stretch of the imagination but we’ve learned a lot and this is certainly not the disc for some of these short holes but it’s still nice and fun all right so we’re going to go baby baby baby Flex in through there good thing we stopped we do not want to hit that

Couple not too wide maybe oh all right not bad so definitely one of the big takeaways that I’ve learned about this Force aside from the fact it’s a little bit more understable is that it has a lot of high speeed skip so if you’re bombing this expect to get a big flare

Kick left um that’s not as prevalent at the lower speeds as we saw on uh both 9 and 10 where I’ve thrown it and rather than really pump up it’s sort of caught and sat or caught and gone forward which is a little bit different to what I was

Expecting from it in terms of a kick um but it has left us nicely with this which we will hopefully make and I think that would put us under par we’re either even or one down at the moment so easy thanks for watching guys really appreciate it love you
