Of get this feeling I’m bouncing and I’m getting I can feel the pressure on my feet I’m bouncing I’m going from foot to foot I can even step sort of feet on the ground so I’m getting this sense of groundedness and balance when I settle I
Can feel that my balance is pretty even on both feet and also the balance is around about the middle or marginally forward of Center on my feet so I’m I’m sort of in a I guess a ready position to be able to move now my feet aren’t going
To change position but I’m ready to go so again if you need to practice that movement bounce your feet bounce through the flex of of your your knees then you’ll get this sense of Readiness it also helps with the spine movement as well
