What’s up guys today I’m going to talk about 50 different joint venture ideas uh joint ventures without going into it too much joint ventures are probably one of the most powerful things that you can do to get really really qualified people and just I mean if you aren’t sure what
It is it’s basically you creating some type of uh strategic partnership uh with another local business or another local uh organization and you guys partner to help each other out and you know hopefully there’s a a mutually uh beneficial relationship there where you’re giving value to them and they’re
Giving value to you and that value can be given you know in many ways but um a lot of times people they kind of have this blank on like oh yeah but you know I don’t know really who to do it with and stuff like that and so briefly what
I’m going to do today is just give you a list um the title of this is 50 joint venture ideas I don’t I’m not going to give you all 50 on the podcast but what I am going to do is I have 52 of them um in
My marketing book Vince’s uh my new my latest book Vince’s big book of marketing and IT lists out 52 different ones so what I’m going to do is I’m going to cop have Daniel uh copy and paste uh this link uh but sometimes like there’s joint ventures like you didn’t
Even think about right one of the joint ventures that that that I list in here is doctors and if you think about people in your area and no one ever thinks like this but if you think about people in your area most people they get like a
Physical an annual physical they go to the doctor and that’s like you know the Box they check like I saw the doctor once a year to get my physical and to do my get my cholesterol taken and you know all that well think about that usually
In a local community in a local area there’s like one doctor that is like the main guy that like everybody goes to I mean not in all circumstances but I found this through years and years and years of doing consultations where I would sit down and you know on the
Health history question they would say they’re doctor and there was this one doctor that like everybody put down I was like man everybody must go to this guy and well man what an unbelievable and I didn’t do it at the time because I didn’t think about it till years later
But what an unbelievable joint venture to create because what what do doctors say to people that go in and for their annual physical and they’re 20 PBS overweight and their cholesterol is a little high what is the exact thing that the doctor says right and now despite that the will
Probably say go on this medication right but like they all hopefully also say well you should start exercising a little more well you should start eating a little bit better well there you go that doctor sees 20 people a day and he says that to all 20 people unless they
Come in in there the picture of perfect health which is not most people that’s what that doctor is saying to that person and the next thing out of the doctor’s mouth is should be you should eat right you should exercise more here’s a good place to go do that I
Mean can you imagine can you imagine the power of that and plus I mean I don’t even want to get into the whole Authority thing with doctors like legitimate doctors are like you know they they got the stethoscope and the coat and all of a sudden everyone just
Does what they say right but creating Partnerships in local Ventures it’s just it’s just good business right you just should be doing it so here are some of the ideas you could go create a partnership with a massage therapist that’s pretty easy right you have people that are interested in health and
They’re interested in making their body feel better um and so people a lot of times people that um get massages also you know are interested and want to exercise more they believe in their health right physical therapists right there’s a perfect gap between a physical therapist and what we do personal
Training right they get done with physical therapy physical therapist needs to discharge them and you know a good physical therapist will probably want to create a joint venture with a gym and there’s a reason why a lot of these physical therapy clinics are actually starting their own Fitness
Things like oh well this is simple why just why send them to another gym when I can just create my own gym and get paid twice I get paid on the physical therapy and paid on the fitness right but so there there there’s a Natural Evolution there um people that are doing nutrition
Coaching dietitians acupunctur chiropractors dentists hair hair stylists estheticians uh people that run kids events dance classes gymnastics studios um Soccer Coaches coffee shops um so I’m listing a bunch of them here for you I’m going to put the full list in the show notes so there’ll be a full list I think there’s
52 from the book um Pages 2 219 220 and 20 221 from the book has the big list of uh joint ventures but if you if you think about it this is just good business and this should be you know you should be doing Facebook ads and you
Should be doing um other other things like this but I mean going out and creating strategic Partnerships and strategic alliances is just good business is something you really need to be doing and what you need to do is just start with a list of different things
And maybe some of these things are in your area um maybe they’re not either way you’re going to probably see something on this list of 52 different joint venture possibilities and it’s it’s going to be like oh man wait I do have that healthy grocery store in in my area that I could
Probably do a joint seminar with them or something like that or there’s a cryotherapy place that just opened up or there is you know a local school that has lots of teachers that you know so there’s just so many possibilities um and and sometimes what you need to do is
