Random Home Updates And A Classic Oyby Date Of Cici’s And Mini Golf!

A couple weeks ago over the course of several days, I recorded video of random updates around our house, including beer crewing, Pokémon 151 set completion, construction outside the house, and general home maintenance. Something that I’ve been looking forward to desperately has been recreating one of our classic date night ideas from years past, which was going to Cici’s pizza followed up with a game of mini golf! Hello so I am still editing the videos from when my family visited Orlando we went to Gaylord Palms and then the Contemporary Resort which you’ve probably already seen because I like to edit chronologically but for myself right now I am still just going through the hundreds of gigabytes of video over

The course of over a week and I it’s it’s so much fun to just edit through videos of those types of trips with my family vacation stations it’s a lot though to condense just hours of video down to just a more consumable 20 to 30

Minute uh sort of video just to be able to to to upload that to the internet when it’s all done though I am so happy about that it’s an entire series that I will always inevitably rewatch at some point in the future um but it just it

Gets me so behind because I I have an actual uh full-time job that I that I do in addition to trying to do the like uh theme park Christmas stuff that’s going on right now today actually is the opening day of the new uh World celebration area at Epcot as well as uh

Not illuminations uh luminous uh that’s happening today and I’m not going to be able to see that for a little bit because I want to go with Bren to do that um but yeah so just trying to just catch up with all of of that that I’m

Going to be very excited to share and very excited that my family is going to be able to see that is on the internet so going to work and editing and then still trying to film stuff around Orlando that’s been taking a little bit of time but I’m still trying to get it

All done as well as just do stuff around the house I got this a Target recently and I’m actually really excited about this so this is for the cats it’s like a little um cat scratcher that’s like disguised as a Christmas present so this is pretty self-explanatory it’s going to

Be just a box with a cat scratcher base and Bon and I recently gave Arlo a haircut his first haircut that we’ve given him since he was a puppy just because his hair was getting really long and he really needed it hi buddy hi okay so going to go and do this but

Also it’s time to to uh continue the beer making process so I’ve sanitized all of these bottles and this is the beer um which it was 2 weeks ago that Dennis and I made this I have the carbonation drops right here and I pretty much just add the beer to the

Bottles that have been sanitized and then add the carbonation drops and then let this just uh just sit out for two weeks I’m trying to do this with one hand I don’t know if that’s for puppies Aro not a thing oh those more of a wine dog so the

Carbonation drops have been added to the Beer they just need to sit at room temperature for about 2 weeks and now what I’m going to do is make a Thanksgiving sandwich we have so many Thanksgiving leftovers that this is just how I’ve been trying to to just plow

Through all those leftovers is making sandwiches out of them I got these On Target these are zup Pal’s plates and they have been out of stock because they’ve been very popular because they’re so nostalgic and they recently came back in stock and I I ordered a

Couple of them they were just a few dollars each so I have a tiger I have a frog I have a monkey is it a monkey and a pig right okay and then and then these I got these a Five Below because PR and I done this a couple times where we make

Gingerbread houses during live streams so I think we’re going to do that again this year and there’s my beautiful Thanksgiving sandwich that I’m having for lunch with turkey and gravy and mashed potatoes and stuffing and cranberries and sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese so I have to go to

Work so I’m going to continue this video tomorrow but I wanted to come into the film room that sandwich was phenomenal by the way because I wanted to show off the I Christmas tree with the gold and the red ornaments and then the blue lights I think this is just a very fun

Minimalistic tree and then over here on the desk I have a lot of stuff so this is my Pokemon 151 collection here I have pretty much every single card and in the very very back of my binder are like all of the illustration rares and then the full art and uh special illustration

Rares and I have a lot lot of them I have so many in fact that I have duplicates of a lot of the just the best cards and I have these tins these tins I’ve been searching everywhere for and I finally have every single 10 uh un un

Unopened pretty much I I just really search for ones that were unopened um but these are ones that I’m probably going to open this will be my very final Pokemon 151 opening to complete my collection and if I don’t then I’m going to individually buy the cards that I

Need at some point in the future and this actually really helps because in the mail Brennen and I were sent this this is a little Christmas card and we were sent some Bulbasaur promos I think both Best Buy and uh GameStop did Pokemon 151 promos there was a a

Bulbasaur and then a Charmander um and I think that I already had the Charmander so I am so glad that we got the Bulbasaur and my mom was even included as well as Brennan and myself so that was really adorable um so I showed all these this is my um Enchanted card from

Lurana which I don’t know I’m just really happy about that I finally got an enchanted card and then just a couple other miscellaneous random things I did go to Five Below I showed that earlier um or talked about it earlier and I got this which I did in a live stream and I

Went ahead and I got this one too so now we can have even more of a of a fun time with these marbles um and then this is just from like the dollar store and I don’t really know why I’m showing this off but it’s just really random and I

Like the office okay I’m heading to work and I’ll continue this video tomorrow and good morning the next day I got some Duncan for breakfast BR and I used to go to Duncan all the time when we would have early morning Park days and I made

Trees like a lot so just to have to cut off any branch whatsoever is sort of a bummer to me but it it it needed to be done it was getting very long and and starting to again just have a lot of unnecessary weight to it and you want to

Show the sidewalk though just because we barely moved our cars in time before they just started working so we got very fortunate with that also I need to put these on the fridge these are some uh Christmas pictures of Farley celvin and then Arlo at the old apartment Arlo’s like what’s going on

Out there I want to be too like invasive but they are quite literally right outside of our house they’ve completely removed the entirety of the sidewalk in front of the house as well as the sidewalk that goes across our driveway and bernon and I backed our cars out of

The driveway out of the garage and parked them in the street just in case because we started to see them they’ve been working like in our neighborhood for about a week now but we didn’t know if they were doing just the sidewalk or the sidewalk that included the drive

Driveway but just to be safe when we saw them working outside we moved the cars and then not even like 15 minutes later maybe a little bit more they started to completely remove the uh the sidewalk in front of the driveway so that was probably a good idea because we would

Have been not able to leave for work today so I don’t know how long this is going to take but that was very very fortunate something else that I I I did not mention but uh and this is very minimal um but I replaced a lot of the

Picture frames in the house finally upgrading from my college frames of of posters so they’re still posters but I’m I’m I’m trying to be a little bit more um mature those are the same frames that I’ve used in here in the spare room so I do appreciate that consistency and I did

Move some posters around so I moved this one in here from the game room to go a little bit better with the theme of this room which the theme of this room are television shows that myself and brenen enjoy this is the theme park miscellaneous room of course I’m going

To adjust adust the aperture as I walk over here think I can do this there we go oh hi Calvin hi Farley so I added this one right here because this is the universal room and I thought that Nickelodeon went pretty well with the theme of The Universal

Room I wish that Universal did a lot more with Nickelodeon um but they unfortunately do not except at the uh Universal kids Resort apparently where they’re going to have an entire SpongeBob area and a Crusty Crab which I’m a little bit jealous about and I did

Add frames in here as well so I think it looks pretty good brought AR outside so we could see what’s been going on out here and look at this sure enough we do not have a sidewalk anymore at all this is just right in front of our garage so

That was that was pretty lucky right but also kind of simultaneously unfortunate but we’re going to have a new sidewalk here we see two kitties in their natural habitat competing for food as a pup looks on jealously they get out of the same Bowl they have two bowls with food for each of

Them but they just Jam their heads together into the same Bowl whenever they’re eating food together which is adorable but kind of unnecessary so neither of the cats have used this yet so I have to entice Arlo with the little kibble of cat food to see if he’ll go in

There you see it Arlo there you go okay I’m going to count that did you get it is there more in there AR where you going get in there get in there that could be your little house it’s always sort of a bummer because whenever I record videos from home I

Always spend a lot of time just cleaning and organizing the house and just trying to make it presentable because whenever I record videos I I try to consider it like I’m inviting guests over to our house so anybody i’ like to presume when they would do that would want to like

Make the house look just a little bit cleaner and nicer right do a little vacuuming and sweeping and just trying to clean off surfaces and just just make it nice but that always just takes so much time so by the time that I’m actually ready to record stuff around

The house that’s usually when I need like when I need to go to work or something so it’s it’s it’s always a bummer because I never get to end up recording as much as I actually want to around the house just because I spend too much time trying to make it worth

Recording so I’m yet again heading to work which I need to do pretty consistently now after taking off a considerable amount of time when my parents and brother were here but it was worth it because we had so much fun but I will continue this video tomorrow and

Good morning from the next day so I need to go to work again but I was woken up at like 7:00 in the morning to knocks to the door by the gu’s doing the uh the sidewalk repair outside so I wasn’t going to continue this video video until

I got back home from work later on tonight I lost the candy cane but they just poured new cement in the driveway and on the sidewalk they had to actually knock on the door very early to have us or to have me move the cars because we

Couldn’t Park them in the driveway or in the garage so I had to park them in front of the house so I had to move them down the street and I’m also here with Arlo hey puppy is very interested in what they’re doing out here I need

Tempti to to do something to this sidewalk is oh man but I won’t also just because the sun is coming directly in the window right now because it’s so early I wanted to show off these cards again and again I have duplicates of these cards I feel

So fortunate the pull rates for this set have been pretty miserable for a lot of people and the fact that I’ve gotten as lucky as I have with the cards that I’ve gotten from 151 I am so happy about it but I am so ready to complete this set

I’ve never been able to complete a Pokemon set before and I never will again probably but I I don’t know I’m just I’m so happy about this set look at how beautiful these cards are so it is much later I just got back from work and

It is now dark I hate how early it gets dark now too because it’s so early in the evening doesn’t make me happy but what we’re going to do now is something that we have not done in a long time which is sort of like a classic date

Night for us Cece and mini golf we’re going to go to Cece’s pizza and maybe mini golf hopefully mini golf and here we are Bron we’re at Cece’s yay I’ve missed Cece’s pizza so much it has been in just too long brenn’s working on desserts but I went back for more pizza

And then a salad of course to balance it out cce’s has so many options that are so incredibly nostalgic for myself and Brennan she’s enjoying dessert which I’m about to because look at what they have for dessert and this is what I got for desserts and I’m just showing the pizza

That I’m getting because my pizza choices are superior to Brens so now we are heading back into the game section of CC’s because way over here is a little duck game but they have a lot a a lot of games back here wow so I think we

Might pass on that duck game because all the Ducks sort of look dirty there’s like nobody back here right now which is pretty incredible because it is well it’s not really busy it’s EAS but this is a massive game section probably like the biggest CC’s game section I think

I’ve ever seen this is sort of cool look at all these balls oh no it oh it’s just open it’s like just free play oh there balls up here too yeah those are the ones I thought you were talking about first oh really come on

Bron there you go so I’m flying all the balls on this one side I’m just going to go as fast actually out of them I don’t know I’m doing better than I thought I would all right so we’re heading out of cce’s now but I wanted to look at this

Massive pizza box there’s a pizza box on the wall there that is absolutely massive probably the biggest pizza box I’ve ever seen in my life and now we’re at Congo mini golf we’re mini golfing again and having cce’s pizza it has been a while since we have been here but I’m

Really excited to be back this place is awesome okay so we have our equipment this is incredibly cool so we’ve never gone on to this Conga River Golf before we go on to another one they do little paddle booat experiences where we can take this paddle boats around this River

So that’s really neat and there are two different courses here one’s a little bit more challenging than the other so we might do that I think there’s a game room over here in arcade and then a party room up there and then this is the course there’s a crashed plane up there

And we’re doing the challenging course right Brandon this is so much on I’m so excited I’m like actually so thrilled to do this I know we haven’t been golf together in a while right what’s wrong with us that was our thing not bad wow okay so you don’t want to go in

The water presumably right cool oh no oh no okay I can handle that so I think I’m going to do what I’ve been doing with golf recently where I just film our first putt attempts oh is this one of those challenge Spinners if you hit an opponent’s ball

With your ball on your first shot trade overall score what what uh-oh should I go first then that looks good but not good enough we also have a scavengers on so we need to keep keep an eye out for I dropped the card so we’re going to have that

Challenge spinning thing apply to both of us oh no that was so lucky so yeah if you had bumped me then we would have switched scores and I did terrible on the first holeo I was so lucky oh really yeah oh no one said overall scores really yeah on the second

Hole I don’t know I did make it I’m right under underneath the uh the plane here this is cool yeah so like I said if we encounter those those challenge games then we’ll have it apply to both of us and we’re going to alternate who goes

First so we have to be on the lookout for certain items to complete a scavenger hunt we’re looking for a shield a hat a totem a canoe a mask and a spear no no no no no yay crap where did that throw I don’t know it’s probably

Good oh no that was great no yay this is my chance to catch up you’ve been doing so good so we are continuing along the course this is the river I think that you can take the boat through that is cool that does seemed like a really fun unique and cute little

Idea just a little paddle booat not romantic right okay there’s a challenge here can I spin this one yeah okay so I’m spinning this challenge wheel attempt your first shot by passing the putter between your legs oh no that’s not going to help you but we both have

Challenges get a hole in one get a hole in one already got one on this course so I a major incentive to get a hole in one right now right yep what if that would have been great that would have been awesome every time I get two on a hole Roy gets three

Because I keep like going along the the edge of the hole and it’s frustrating that wasn’t exciting at all this one’s pretty mundane not bad yes well sir you know what we should have done is we should have done each of us a challenge that would have spiced things up a little

Yellow choose an opponent to stand on the course as an extra obstacle for you oh for your first shot the opponent chooses the location oh oh all right so I get to sand somewhere so I’m sanding literally right on the hole you can do it oh that was boring you should have

Just pegged me with it what am I going to do green if you get a hole in one of this hole stand anywhere on the course as an obstacle for any remaining players’s first shot if he gets a hole in one on this he would be an obstacle in the way for any

Remaining players first shot because it’s just the two of us if he gets a hole in one I will let him be an obstacle for my next shot which is not going to happen but you never know you don’t know that oh you see go into the bush and the Bush

The waterfall and the plane that’s cool that’s where we checked in way down there this has been so much fun so this is a really steep hole right it just goes all the way down there I’m going to do my best to aim for this one okay that is like really

Steep on the lightest tap this one was challenging look how steep that is that’s so steep I know and there’s the waterfall all right this is our final spin use the wrong end of your Club to hit the ball for every shot on this hole yes now is my chance let your conscience

Be your guide multiple holes to choose from here okay okay where’s that going take me where is it oh it’s all the way down there okay not bad you ready mhm you get a hole in one on this hole add two strokes to an opponent’s score this is your

If we could try to find these scavenger hunt things that we’re missing we can’t find these other items this is so challenging but we’re so determined to try to find them we’re looking for the shield and then the totem he did say that we might just be able to see it

From like a particular course that it might not be on the course that we’re actually playing on I’m so happy I found it it’s over there it totally Blends in that was hard what in the world that was so hard okay so we found the shield we’re

Missing one more so now we’re just trying to find the totem this is a very specific look to it I’m pretty sure we’re struggling a little bit to find this final one which it should be the most obvious we’re looking for a totem there are totems

Over here but I don’t think it’s any of those we cannot find this totem to save our lives it’s very like specific of how it supposed to look okay we’re just going to have to guess that it’s this hole because there are multiple totems here even though they don’t look like

The one that’s like on the card so we asked and the totems over here were totally the ones that we were looking for so we had a write from the the very beginning also look at this adorable Christmas tree they have all these little animals here in the Christmas

Tree and upin tallying the scores over here we got these Metals here so I got a red one that says I survived or I explored the Congo we survived too cool and then let me see yours oh yeah yeah look at our medals and then we decided

To go and just pay for a game in advance so it was just $10 just to get the other course so we can totally come back at some point mhm PL in but Brenan who won I have a total of 45 okay you have a total of

404 you’re joking me I’m not unless I did the math wrong you’re absolutely I’m going to have to double check this because I thought I did terrible but the par for the course that we did was 46 so we both did under par and then we got

Some little coupons over here too for completing the scavenger hunt that was so much fun just cute here over there you can go mining which is really neat I have a some fish that’s cool and then some baby Gators and we are heading home that was honestly so much fun that

All the time that they turned into a Planet Fitness but I don’t want to talk about it well I’m actually incredibly surprised they have Disney lurana individual booster packs of the first chapter of Disney Lana here at Best Buy and they’re in these protectors I don’t know how many I’m

Allowed to get I don’t want to get a lot by any means how cool is this I found Disney Lor con so I’ve made it back home and this is what I found at Best Buy don’t bite it puppy I found lurana ah oh my

God Arlo no no no no no Arlo Arlo AR for some reason Mrs Claus is Arlo’s favorite toy right now she won this not my lur cards you how long it took me to find those luronic cards Arlo so what I’m making for breakfast are breakfast spring rolls I have some

There brenen got the puppy plate and then I got the duck plate Arlo is very jealous over there also at the store I got some bottled Cokes because Santa Claus is back on Coke products I think he’s just on the uh the cans he’s not on

For uh I’ve only done it like a couple times where I’ve made like mystery packs and I’ve been taking them to Give Kids the World with all of my like excess of bulk or or duplicate uh good cards that I get out of out of packs that I’ve

Rares so I I’m going to have to buy those unfortun um but then the special illustration rares I’m only missing one singular special illustration rare and then for the hyper rares I’m missing one gold card now so that is actually incredibly exciting this is a very hard set to get

Cards from so out of all of these illustration rares I’m missing the Mr mine and I have every other single illustration rare multiple of them at this point and then the hyper rears I’m missing the Charizard the Blastoise the Wigglytuff as well as the Kang Jinx and

Mew and I think Bon actually has a couple of those that I don’t have so that’s really cool and then the special illustration mirrors I have multiple of the ones you really really want to get from this set now at this point but I’m missing the uh the gian’s Charisma for

Some reason which is the cheapest one so that is actually very convenient for me and then the hyper rars I just need the switch gold card but I am so close I’m so close to completing this set I know this might have been sort of a mundane

Thing to to follow along with but I’m just having such a good time I’ve never ever like Master seted a Pokemon set before and I’ve never been this close to a set that’s just absolutely so gorgeous and just makes me so nostalgic and happy but I’m almost there so I’m going to
