They aren’t your hall of famers they aren’t even household names but make no mistake these guys were dominant from the most athletic Playmakers to the scariest Defenders you’ll ever see you can’t sleep on this group of NFL Legends here’s episode three of greatest forgotten players here’s the hand off

The ball give it to Craig he’s got a first down pass the 45 the 50 he’s on his way at the 40 Craig to the 30 Craig to the 15 cuts out the left he’s into the end zone touchdown 49ers three time super champ Roger Craig played a huge

Part in igniting the 49ers dynasty of the 1980s the Dual threat was the perfect back for Bill Walsh’s West Coast offense becoming the first player to score three touchdowns in a Super Bowl Montana looking fires it complete it’s Roger Craig and this is what we anticipated an offensive show there he

Is player ever to score three touchdowns in a Super Bowl in 1985 Craig became the first of only three players in history to record 1,000 rushing and receiving yards in the same season he won offensive player of the year in 1988 tying for the league lead in yards from

Scrimmage but it’s a drop the middle of to Craig and he breaks loose and runs loose he gets used of the 30 to the 25 he’s down to the 20 Breaks Loose again he’s to the 10 five touchdown 49ers oh what a bonanza spectacular run by Roger

Craig might be the best run of here squaring at saying something Craig was part of a top five offense every year he was with the ners the four-time pro bowler finished his career with over 13,000 yards from scrimmage and 73 touchdowns and from 1983 to 1989 only Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson

Compiled more yards from scrimmage Craig should have a gold jacket protecting the football was the only thing that mattered with Robert matthysse around fumble and recovered Robert mat ma knocked it loose and in stepping away loses the ball you got Robert matthys the master of the sack

Buble they’re going to call it a safety the little known Talent out of Alabama A&M holds the NFL record with 54 career forced fumbles they’ll have this ball near the 40 but the ball is out and still down on the ground and it looks like the Colts may have it what a hit

That was Robert Mathis that delivers the blow the starting defensive bin and and he has been spectacular the Super Bowl 41 champ held at least a share of the league lead in forced fumbles on three occasions don’t get it twisted though matthysse wasn’t some one trick pony during his 2013 allp Pro season

Matthysse led the NFL with 19 and 1 half sacks Robert matthysse looking to become more of a factor here in the second half and here comes matthysse to Alex Smith’s right and there is methis and he forces the fumble 19 and 1 12 sacks to lead the

NFL all also a part of his resume forced fumbles On The Run he spent his entire 14-year career in Indianapolis finishing with the most sacks in team history while the Colts didn’t always look pretty defensively during matthysse’s tenure he was part of a unit that finished in the top 10 in takeaways four

Times in large part due to his forc fumble Wizardry that’s Winslow in motion tight end to the left side going all the way up out to man the middle he’s wide open and JJ is gone for the touchdown John Jefferson to say John Jefferson begin his career red hot

Would be a gigantic under statement he made pro bowls in each of his first three seasons while being named first team All Pro in back-to-back years from 1978 to 1980 Jefferson was fourth in the NFL in catches second in receiving yards and first in receiving touchdowns first down

15 Cowboys with the blp on and it bounded out of the hands of Joiner right into the arms of Jefferson that is oh CRA even more impressive he did all this while sharing Targets in the Chargers offense with Hall of Famers Charlie Joiner and Kellen Winslow while Jefferson didn’t play long only eight

Career Seasons he made the most of his short time in the league he was at his peak in San Diego though leading the NFL with over 1300 receiving yards in 1980 he’s going for Jefferson he’s got it to the one yd line touchdown he wants a touch Mr Hayes didn’t touch him

Jefferson rolls in for the victory Jefferson was traded to the Packers before the 1981 season where he made another Pro Bowl a year later but who knows the numbers he could have put up had he spent more time in the air Corel offense the great Leon Hall was one of

The most underrated cornerbacks of his time as a sticky cover guy Hall used his incredible instincts to pick off 27 career passes with the wind at his back dorsy oh it’s intercepted it’s picked off by Leon Hall and there he goes for six Anderson throwing intercepted again

I don’t believe my own eyes picked off by Hall for the third time today Hall played 12 years in the NFL for four different teams and from 2017 to 2016 Hall broke up the sixth most passes in the league quick hit knocked away nice job by Leon Hall great technique nice

Job again by Leon Hall who got the left hand out or swatted it away with a diving right despite all that he never made a pro bowl he was a stalwart on five playoff teams and spearheaded units that were top 10 in Total Defense and takeaways on multiple

Occasions intercepted at the 15 it’s Leon Hall cutting back to the outside and in for the touchdown you want consistency look no further than Gary Clark a truly unheralded playmaker AI lines up with two wide receivers to the top but riin is going on the fade to Gary Clark what

A play by Gary Clark one-handed you won’t see a more athletic reception than that anywhere in the NFL today and he hits cl cl gets three down the sideline and Gary Clark goes in for the touchdown the game is over clark played alongside art Monk and Ricky

Sanders in Washington a unit dubbed the posi who became arguably the most dynamic receiving Trio in NFL history because the wealth was distributed across all three we never saw Clark post Gody numbers but take this into account Five Seasons with 70 plus catches Five Seasons with 1,000 receiving yards and

Six seasons with at least seven touchdowns unique player and a unique style you can see the speed that Clark hasn Just Right fight by him when you get a guy like Gary Clark who was always thinking big plays this guy will kill you Clark made four Pro bowls in his

Seven Seasons he spent eight years in the nation’s capital playing a vital role on Washington Super Bowl teams of the late 80s and early 90s long one from the 28 ran for clar Touchdown alone running back ripping his back to throw it going deep touchdown R against

Clark from 1985 to 1995 Clark’s 699 catches ranked third behind Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Andre Reed he also finished third in receiving yards and tied for fourth in TDS during that span Clark went on to find late Career Success in Arizona and Miami finishing with over 10,000 receiving

Yards here is there the rookie Fred Taylor from Florida running in the open field he could take it the the distance inside the 30 and the 20 the 10 and Fred Taylor goes in the Jaguars were only 4 years old when Fred Taylor hit the scene

In 1998 the rookie went off racking up over 1600 yards from scrimmage and 17 touchdowns inside hand off to Taylor away from meny down the sideline one last shot atam he dances in touchdown and this is Taylor their top draft choice on the opening play of the game

With one man to beat and he is not run down by Madison and scores Brunell passing on first down down the sideline Fred Taylor he’s got it Fred Taylor sprinting towards the end zone touchdown but another star rookie by the name of Randy Moss garnered the attention that season fast forward to

1999 when Jacksonville was a 14-2 Powerhouse Taylor helped the Jaguars earn its second playoff win in as many years but he knows he doesn’t have a big play team and Jacksonville does draw Play Taylor skips two tackles and here we go yeah bye-bye Brock Marian chasing Brock Marian still chasing gets

Help from Smith touchdown no Flags a 90 yd run we talked from the very beginning about bred Taylor being a Difference Maker his ability to make people miss you see people all over the place and then it’s just speed screen pass look at this nobody within 15 yds another Miss

Tackle another missed tackle it’s become a mantra that is a touchdown what a tremendous play this is just running skill by Fred Taylor Taylor paced the league with over 107 rushing yards yards per game The Following season but for some reason the Jags backs seem to fly under the radar despite six playoff

Appearances in Seven Seasons with over 12200 scrimmage yards Taylor Made just one Pro Bowl though anyone who watched him play knew he was a force needing just a field goal for the wing just over a minute to go spin move by Taylor stays on his feet Taylor breaks a tackle

Breaks another he’s gone touchdown Jacksonville and that was all power dra in by Taylor explodes through the heart Fred Taylor takes it the distance touchdown Jacksonville Taylor played from 1998 to 2010 and finished third in rushing in that span behind Hall of Famer leanian Tomlinson and Edan James he’s the

Jaguars all-time leader in rushing yards believe it or not we’re still waiting on Kevin Williams to get the Hall of Fame door knock hard to Fathom since the big man was has named First Team all pro five times over a dominant 133-year career first down for the 21

Pressure on Ramsey looking throws it intercepted by Kevin Williams He deflected it and came up with it left witch hit from behind and fumbles and the Vikings have it it’s Kevin Williams the defensive tackle 31 lbs has a dream trip to the end zone but alas he is indeed on our list so

Let’s take the time to give Williams the proper praise he deserves he helped guide the Vikings to four playoff trips and was part of Plenty defensive units that finished top 10 against the Run mostly because Williams was a tfl machine what out hard for a loss Kevin

Williams makes a play and a loss of two one of the best young interior defensive linemen across the NFL from 2003 to 2015 the big man finished with 113 tackles for loss the 10th most in the NFL during that stretch he’s tied for first with Jared Allen on the Vikings alltime tfl

List there may not have been a better defensive tackle in the 2000s he was Mr allpurpose Eric meaf could truly do it all m going to throw he’s got a man open Langhorn how do you do Bo open and he’s got it again if he stays on his feet

Might go all the way is it for Touchdown PES verie kick out MF for the one yd line he scores and the BRS are going to win the game originally taken as a first round running back in the 1989 draft the former Texas Longhorn quickly developed into a Swiss army

Knife metf racked up over 1,700 allpurpose yards and 10 touchdowns as a rookie Jones fake the reverse metap keeps it C down the sideline Cuts back to you as a blocker at the five touchdown in 1990 he led the NFL in total kick return yards a Bonafide playmaker meaf compiled double digigit

Rushing receiving and punt return TDS in his career his 1993 campaign though was probably his best metf was named first team All Pro with the most all-purpose yards in the league Mark Royals pting to metf back pedals to take it at the 10 and it’s good return he’s got a Blocker

In front metf Cuts back turns on the after murder metf will go 90 yards Eric map has already taken one 91 yds for a score he has this one at the 25 metf to the outside with r metf at Midfield metf Cuts back he’s still on

His feet metf will go for the score unbelievable there are some moments in the National Football League where you don’t mind paying the 25 or 30 bucks for a ticket and you watch a kid like this play the game he made another Pro Bowl with the Browns in the 94 season before

Getting traded to the Falcons that’s where he broke out as a pass catcher George airs it out metf touchdown Atlanta they show blit but then didn’t they’ve had a good rush for three men he’s going to score we told you he could do it all metf tallied 104 catches That season for

Nearly 1,00 yards and eight scores he was on the move again in 1997 making first team All Pro with the Chargers from his 15 look out there he goes meta that’s exactly what he can do he’s got Johnson to beat and he’s beaten him now he’s got

Pagley to beat Eric meta for a touchdown seven teams 13 Seasons 56 touchdowns and over 17 ,000 allpurpose yards that’s one heck of a career Super Sunday what a day I can’t believe it it’s unbelievable yes and we’re going to win Lester Hay’s 1980 season couldn’t have

Gone much better he picked off 13 passes on his way to winning Defensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl 15 with the Raiders the man in the secondary for the Oakland Raiders it’s Lester Hayes look at the interception by the great Lester Hayes the man’s a phenomenal football

Player intercepted and you know who what an amazing year for the young cornerback from Texas A&M his 13 picks that year are still tied for the second most in a single season and believe it or not Hayes intercepted five more passes during the 1980 playoffs alone including a pick

Six pressure is there again intercepted Lester score but Hayes was no oneyear wonder he made the Pro Bowl and every year from 1980 to 1984 the Raiders were Super Bowl bound again in 83 with Hayes once again playing the role of postseason hero intercepted for a touchdown ler

Hayes he played his entire career with the Raiders intercepting 39 passes in 10 years Hayes presence in the secondary was unquestioned the silver and black finished top 10 in takeaways six times during his career you don’t hear the name Marcus coulston very much these days maybe it’s because

The seventh round pick out of Hofstra quietly wi about his business but make no mistake this guy was a superb pass catcher during the Golden Age of Saints football first third down of the game Endzone Colston touchdown PED in by Marcus poulston Drew Brees can blindfold himself and throw the football he hangs

Out the Skyhook and goes goes up and gets it that’s about as fine as you want to look at coulston played his entire 10-year career in The Big Easy and leads the franchise in every major receiving category he posted six 1,000 yard receiving seasons and went over 900

Yards in eight different years coulston 72 receiving touchdowns fifth most in the NFL from 2006 to 2015 stepping up on the run and is caught in stride by Marcus Kon will he beat wison yes touchdown Breeze with time hits Marcus coulston inside the 10 touchdown Breeze Pats the football three

Times throws it up field and it’s caught by Colston breaks the tackle 4540 foot race 30 25 20 15 10 5 touchdown Marcus coulston yet even with all of that coulston never made a pro bowl maybe he got lost in the shuffle among the Calvin Johnson’s and Larry fitzgeralds but you

Can’t deny the consistent production over a decade Coulson helped Drew Drew Brees reached 5,000 passing yards in four different seasons during that span and he led All Saints receivers with 83 yards in their Super Bowl 44 win two-time allpro Clyde Simmons probably deserved more accolades than he

Ended up with the dend racked up 1212 career sacks with five different teams best known for his eight seasons in Philly Simmons most notable play was probably as ridiculous as it gets I’m running in for touchdown the Eagles win the miracle of the metal lands 10 years

Later he racked up 55 total sacks from 1989 to 1992 only the great Derek Thomas had more in that span this is an ERA with Reggie White Kevin green Bruce Smith Chris dolman and Ricky Jackson Simmons outproduced all of them plenty of time now under pressure and sacked by

Simmons fly Simmons with a brilliant game and that was his second sack he land landed in the desert and forced a league High six fumbles in 1995 Arizona produced the most takeaways in the league that year thanks to plays like this Seth J on the wide receiver my big glad

Simmons hello it’s really amazing is that he was able to spin around find the football intercept and then take it in for the touchdown the Twilight years of Simmons career were anything but he accounted for 16 total sacks between 96 and 97 helping the Jaguars win their first ever playoff game Kelly with

Another shovel pass and this one is picked off intercepted by Clyde Simmons touchdown Simmons closed out his 15-year career in Chicago when it was all said and done he totaled the seventh most sacks in the league from 1986 to 2000 since Boomer asasin has been a Mainstay in the broadcasting World he’s

Probably a guy not too many of for forgotten about but throughout his time as Cincinnati’s regular starter aason led a top five scoring offense on four occasions including the League’s best unit during his 88 MVP campaign back to throw fourman rush Boomer steps up in the pocket looks goes down toward the

End zone has his man it is a touchdown what does boomeri do what has he made his living doing running a no huddle checking calling plays at the line of scrimmage Boomer goes back to throw coming late looks right down the middle there’s Eddie Brown he has it at

The 35 to the 30 he may go 10 five touchdown Boomer quarterbacked ciny to the franchise’s second Super Bowl appearance leading the league in passer rating and you can’t question the consistency aasin threw for 3,000 yards every year from 1985 to 1990 averaging 25 TD passes per season 351 I should say

Remaining here in the half and a seizon with a lot of time going long brown is open he he’s got it and he is gone G’s going to go back and throw now looking now he’s flushed out rolling out to his left nobody to throw it to and now he

Throws it far downfield there’s hullman he has it at the 20 down to the 105 touchdown and here’s a fake Here Comes asers he’s got a Defender there the pass caught for the touchdown to Craig tayloron had decided to run that ball but then made the correct decision fired

It into the end zone Boomer made four Pearl bowls over his for year career with the Bengals Jets and Cardinals he has more passing yards than Hall of famer’s Jim Kelly Troy Aman Steve Young and Kurt Warner unfortunately he never reached the top of the mountain there he is again Thomas Jones

To the end zone touchdown still on his feet terrific second effort broke a tackle deep in the back field there and the second effort got to the end zone from 2004 to 2010 only LT had more rushing yards and touchdowns than Thomas Jones the former top 10 pick rattled off

Five consecutive 1,000 yard seasons during that stretch Jones played 12 years in the NFL with a handful of teams and in 2006 he helped Chicago get to the Super Bowl but as we go down the stretch in this game as Thomas Jones reverses field gets a block walks in for the

Touchdown two years later Jones spearheaded the Jets backfield to a top 10 rushing attack recording his only Pro Bowl season in 2009 Jones produced his best season yet with over 1,400 yards and 14 TDS from the Rams 13 here’s Jones Jones inside the five for the End Zone

Touchdown look at that move this once twice on your can he falls on Peterson rolls over him stays on his feet the players give up they think he’s down that is a touchdown as a member of the 10,000 yard rushing club Jones ranks 26th all time in yards and 19th in

Carries Elite by journeyman standards Brett Perman was a standout receiver for the Lions during the Barry Sanders years but he began his career in New Orleans as a second round pick in the 88 draft W he’s got pamman touchdown his career never quite took off with the Saints and

It almost never took off at all pamman scored just 15 total touchdowns in his first Seven Seasons hard to believe when you saw catches like this it’s Sanders but quamer will throw it beautiful catch by Perman for the touchdown look at that beautiful beautiful one-handed catch pman was overshadowed by fellow Detroit

White out Herman Moore during his first few years in the Motor City but he broke out in 1995 posting career bests in receptions yards and touchdowns all of this at the age of 30 Mitchell again fires downfield paran’s got it and a lot of room parman touchdown

Detroit the time throws first down for pman pman gets a block and pman is gone and the Lions take the lead throwing deep for Perryman Brett Perryman inside the 10 touchdown Detroit from 1995 to 1996 pman had the fifth most catches and sixth most receiving yards in the NFL he

And Moore combined for nearly 5500 yards and 37 touchdowns over those two years touchdown and he does a nice inside move breaks back outside and that’s a touchdown Perman played 10 seasons and ranks fourth in receptions and receiving yards on the Lions alltime list Hall of Famers Aussie Nome and

Kellen Winslow were about as good as it gets when it comes to tight ends but perhaps the real king of the 80s was Todd Christensen a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Raiders Christian son put together two first team allp proo campaigns for the silver and black here

Comes a safety Blitz Allan or Wilson back has time throws CR it’s a leaping catch touchdown Raiders I’ll tell you what that guy plays tight end like a wide receiver from 1981 to 1988 Christensen had the most yards and touchdowns among all NFL tight ends his 83 campaign was phenomenal over 12200

Yards 12 scores and a Lombardi Trophy and Wilson going in Christenson beautiful catch by Todd Christenson here is Alan Todd Christ to illustrate christensen’s dominance not just at the tight end position but as a pass catcher overall he led the league twice in receptions beating out guys like Steve

Larent art Monk and Jerry Rice play fake plunk it back big rush he’s going deep to christon he makes the catch on the two touchdown Raiders back pedaling Wilson look left look middle throws it is caught christon he’s set to the left at the top of your screen 46 running a

Pattern Wilson takes a look at him throws Christensen is in the end zone for a touchdown I don’t believe it Christensen made the Pro Bowl every season from 1983 to 1987 a superb 5-year Peak former linebacker Keith Bullock played 11 Seasons almost exclusively with the Titans and from 2002 to 2009

Only London Fletcher had more combined tackles than Bullock second and goal Ganon gets poog tied at the 15 yd line by Keith Bullock Keith Bullock who’s been just everywhere for this type of Defense leading the team in tackle that’s just a big play guy making a big

Play for him he Bullock is developing into one of the best linebackers in the league Tennessee’s success often went through Bullock in the defense when they were buzzing a postseason trip was inevitable the Titans qualified for the playoffs five times during his tenure in all five five instances bulock led a

Unit that ranked top 10 against the run or pass bulock is the star of the play as he forced the fumble recovered the fumble backto back super plays by Keith Bullock he has been a Stallard for that defense Manning look out for the Blitz and the F

Coughed up tank Williams with the blitz it’s another turnover Keith P has it a foot race down field with wavery Jackson and a touchdown bulock was named first team All Pro in 2003 but his best statistical year came in ‘ 04 he held a share of the league lead with 152 combined [Applause]

Tackles plumber down the middle of the field picked by Bullock didn’t I just tell you he eliminates the middle of the field don’t go down the middle Harrington drops Ball’s knocked away and it’s free and it’s loose and the Titans have it keep bulock going the other way

They’re not going to catch him Bullock amast over 1100 career tackles and 34 total takeaways from undrafted to shattering records priest Holmes was one of the most unlikely Superstars we’ve ever seen and here’s priest Holmes priest Holmes still looking down the sideline man downfield and a touchdown for priest

Holmes found footing in Baltimore early in his career rushing for over a th000 yards in 1998 but when Jamal Lewis took over the starting role it was off to Kansas City in his first season with the Chiefs Holmes led the league in rushing yards and yards from scrimmage it’s

First down and 10 from the 32 out to Holmes lead blocked by Spears a block by Shields and there he goes a foot race on the play with Dorset he’s in for the touchdown that was the start of a prolific three-year stretch in which Holmes notched 6,566 yards from scrimmage and 61 total

Touchdowns all of that in just three years and that looks like an MVP play right there by priest Holmes my oh my priest Holmes first down and 10 priest Holmes and Richardson block look at him come outside priest Holmes Breaking Free oh what an individual effort by Holmes

And a touchdown he won offensive player of the year in 2002 but the following season was the Pinnacle on a chief Squad that finished 13 and three holes set a single season record with 27 total touchdowns Holmes reverses his field T bre to a great block touch holy cow oh he’s airborne and

Thighs in for a touchdown this is a superior individual effort here it is again behind Richardson outside puts it in touchdown he walks right in there’s the NFL record for priest holes sadly a knee injury cut his 2004 for a season short and neck ailments all but ended

His career Holmes made three straight all proo teams from 2001 to 2003 and sits a top Casey’s all-time list with 83 touchdowns life is good when you’re one of Dan Marino’s top targets for a decade and when only the great Jerry Rice has caught more TDs during your career you

Know you’ve done something special Marino to throw for it complet the Clayton he breaks the tackle Mark Clayton TouchDown for Mark Clayton dominating DBS was his day job in his second season as a pro Clayton led the NFL in receiving touchdowns making his first of five Pro Bowl appearances Maro unleashes

And has Clayton Under Pressure he goes deep gathered in by Clayton and he’ll score Marino back to throw he sets fires the middle Clayton’s got it 50 45 he may go 30 25 20 15 10 5 touchdown Miami that’s 18 touchdown receptions in a season he is the alltime record holder

His 18 touchdowns through the air were a then single season record Clayton helped guide the Dolphins to an AFC crown that season advancing to Super Bowl 19 second down play and Marino throwing deep touchdown off the deflection it’s Mark Clayton looks right across the middle he’s got Clayton open 10 five touchdown

Dolphins he was a scoring machine racking up 10 or more touchdowns in four different seasons paired with fellow white out Mark duper the marks Brothers helped Miami finish with either top 10 offense or top 10 passing attack in nine of Clayton’s 10 seasons derer more and [Applause] Clayton out of the

Way into the arms of Clayton he is an excellent excellent wide receiver one of the best in the business look at the concentration of man on him and he still catches that ball What A Catch what concentration he compiled five 1,000 yard seasons over 11 years Clayton’s 84 career touchdowns

Outpace Reggie Wayne Steve Smith and Calvin Johnson former Vikings DB Joey Browner played closer to a Hall of Fame level than people recall with six straight Pro Bowl trips from 198 5 to 1990 it’s hard to argue browner’s impact on opposing offenses first down tup just runs out of

Time and it’s picked up big play again for the Vikings Rodney Pete throwing deep on first down and it’s intercepted by Joey Browner the three-time all proo was a ball hawk in the secondary picking off 37 career passes Browner helped Minnesota to three playoff appearances including a birth in the 1987 NFC

Championship game in his 9 years years as a viking they finished top 10 in takeaways five times a brilliant play that is a nice read by Joey Broner drops the throw rolls left aloga chasing Everett throws on the run it’s intercepted Joey Broner if you count fumble recoveries Browner recorded 54

Takeaways and four defensive touchdowns in a stellar career but that’s what they’re going to do Steve the Burke from his own End Zone intercepted Joey Browner takes it in for a Minnesota touchdown [Applause] he looks to Su and it’s intercepted and Browner is going to take it in and the

Vikings can take the lead can’t forget about the bruising du Staley who recorded three 1,000 yard seasons in Philadelphia for those of you who forgot Staley was the lead back for the Eagles in the late 90s and early 2000s Staley gets a couple he bust loose Giants thought they had him stealey

Touchdown the deuce is loose what an incredible run and he’s been doing it all day long there’s the Miss now look at the power what an effort by Duce Staley he was a threat in the passing game as well racking up 287 career catches Staley helped the Eagles capture

Three straight NFC East titles from 2001 to 2003 each year making a conference Championship game a lot of guys on that defense you can trust third and long little swing pass stainley with blockers in front D Staley tou staying in the Keystone State Staley finished his career with the Steelers in 2004 and

Five he helped Pittsburgh finish with a top five rushing attack and earned a much deserved Super Bowl ring Staley du is really rolling bounces it down touchdown Pittsburgh the former third round pick compiled over 8,000 yards from scrimmage in 10 seasons Peerless price played nine seasons and had a career best year in

2002 catching passes from Drew bledo and buffalo What A Catch by P Price Peerless price makes this thing happen over the middle that’s complete Peerless price price Off to the Races 40 30 20 can he get there he will touchdown Buffalo the explosiveness it even looked like

Peerless price was going to get caught by two Defenders neither one of them could run him down Blitz by the Lions blitzo gets out wide open is peerless price and there goes Peerless price he’ll score Price’s nine touchdown receptions That season were good enough for a share of fifth most in

The league taken in the second round of the 99 draft price formed a potent receiving combo with Eric molds johnon Watch Looks To the End Zone CH caught it one hand no timeouts down by four fast ball to the end zone he’s in in Peerless PR price blo underneath again price with the catch a flag price towards the end zone touchdown Buffalo he and molds combined for over 7,800 receiving yards

And 49 touchdowns from 1999 to 2002 a year later price signed with the Falcons where he led the team in receiving and later made an impact during Atlanta’s 2004 playoff run now a pittsb Vic lops the ball Peerless price is out there he has it he registered just under 5,300 career

Receiving yards and 31 TDS former Niner Seahawk and lion Julian Peterson was one of the most underrated players of the 2000s versatility was the key to his game Peterson could fly to the football and take it away too third and N for the Panthers Quick Pass intercepted watch Julian Peterson come

In here and he just rips that ball right out of there I’m second and nine Miller take it down lost the football Julian Peterson Peterson was San Francisco’s first round pick in 200000 he made first team All Pro in 2003 with 95 tackles seven sacks 12 pass breakups and two

Picks from their own 42 Collin sack Julian Peterson Julian Peterson who weighs 240 just too big too strong too fast after six seasons in the bay Peterson signed in Seattle where he enjoyed his best years Peterson made three straight Pearl bows from 2006 to 2008 helping the cawks make the playoffs

Twice there’s presser and Warner goes down loses the ball he’s a linebacker but he’s a great pass rusher too Julian Peterson and he has such a great knack for binding the hole within that offensive line Peterson produced five sacks in seven total playoff games the five-time pro bowler registered 809

Total tackles and 51 one and a half sacks over his career the Atlanta Falcons first ever draft pick was one of the franchise’s alltime great players as middle linebacker Tommy was the Hub of the Falcon defense this meant not only enormous physical demands but the

Ability to lead 10 other men he did this and the Falcon defense was never ashamed Tommy Novis was an All-American and national champion at Texas and became just the second linebacker ever to be drafted number one overall he put on an epic display of Defense as a rookie in

1966 Nobis was unofficially credited with an absurd 294 combined tackles which would be an all-time NFL record Tommy novas was no less of a promise for the future number 60 became Atlanta’s first allpro in spite of his competition at middle linebacker from stars like buus and nitki noas played his entire

Career with Atlanta and although he never made the playoffs with the Falcons he did help them post their first winning season in 1971 the Falcons led the conference in pass defense holding the opposition to the fewest total yards and the lowest completion percentage well under 50% Mr Falcon as they called

Him Captain the Atlanta defense to a first place finish in takeaways in 1969 and a first place finish against the pass in 71 Novis played in 133 career games starting all but one he earned five Pro Bowl trips and an all pro nod in 11 seasons in Atlanta

  1. Leading a "forgotten players" collection with a player whose name comes up every time someone talks about the 49er dynasty is an interesting choice.

  2. Grew up watching Dwight Freeny and Robert Mathis cause havoc.. when I was a colts fan they were my favorites to watch plus Bob Sanders.. what a time

  3. Hey man I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but do Samari Rolle he was hella underrated with the Tennessee Titans

  4. Who the fuck forgot Rodgers Craig was great? 20 to 30 year olds? Lol, this damn pats channel only thinking people remember the 2000 pats.

  5. Peerless Price has no business being on this list. One season over 900 yards and scored 31 Tds in 9 seasons. That's less than 3.5 Tds a season man.

  6. Jefferson was traded during the 1981 season , not before . He was a contract hold out before the trade . Someone didn’t research

  7. I never forgot that Fred Taylor was elite. He just had the misfortune of coming into the league when running back was still the Premier position in the NFL outside of quarterback. But Fred Taylor was just about as talented a running back as there was in his era.

  8. I got ptsd from watching Ryan Clarke of the Redskins 😂
Broncos fan! Great player! There should be a hall of very good too!

  9. All these players are worthy but you telling me that Karl Mecklenburg of the Denver Broncos 6 time Pro Bowler Four time All pro drafted in the 12 round has not made it in all these three parts?!? That’s just ridiculous!

  10. Really great episode. The only selection I was a bit puzzled by was Peerless Price. Perhaps in future installments we can get some OL listed. I can't remember if they were spotlighted in previous episodes though. Would be nice to see dudes like Gary Zimmerman, Willie Roaf, Walter Jones, Tarik Glenn, Steve Wallace, Bruce Armstrong, Richmond Webb, Steve Wisniewski, Mike Kenn, or Doug Wilkerson some love. OL guys are still hard to receive praise now, even if it has gotten better for them.

  11. One more name I'd like to throw out there I don't think was on previous episodes is Michael Dean Perry. Great defensive tackle that played mostly for the Browns in the early to mid 90s.
