+20 years ago, I KNEW rugby world champions England were going to get smashed by an unfancied Wales before the game started. There was electricity when the Welsh sang their anthem, a touch of venom too, they were up for it!
Had the same feeling at the opening ceremony of the RC this year. Johnson spoke beautifully, an emotional day for a man reaching the pinnacle of his career. Donald was suave, relaxed and enjoyed himself up there. Excellent Italian to get the crowd going, the "no problem" aura was visible. Now remember the mantra:
"You don't play golf to relax, you relax to play golf." 😉
Speaking of visible auras, the Vatican should canonize Saint Donald of Hemel Hempstead. That 1st day WAS a miracle witnessed by many!
