  1. Imma say it the OB lines were way too tight that was just silly like they cut off some bombs there.

  2. Interesting! It seems like Garrett and Anthony couldn't get the disc low enough to get enough forward push. Hammes got his lower and could beat Anthony but not enough to be the top. Then some of them overpowered the disc into the headwind and it just turned over. But Wiggins found the right balance!

  3. There is something really wholesome about Garrett smiling and recording ab as he throws in a competition

  4. I don't know. As long a Kuoksa isn't competing it's hard for me to crown anyone else a champ. I know you can't have everyone taking part but still. Cool competition anyway.

  5. I'm a Jomez fan and enjoy the coverage all year. We wait all year for the distance competitions. Can someone tell me why they couldn't find a spot with a tail wind? Not really groundbreaking watching them throw 600 feet into the wind.

  6. I don’t care for disc golf but I like this even more than golf’s long drive event . I don’t care for regular golf either, this is better than cornhole lol

  7. I know I don't have a podium or a place to stand here, but I feel like distance comps should always take place in neutral or tail wind conditions. I feel like throwing into head wind is frustrating and can situationally mess you up with gusts turning an otherwise good flex shot into a turn over. Plus, seeing them fight over how deep they can get into 600 is more fun than the best throwers having difficulty breaking 550.

I know I may be completely wrong and everyone had more fun throwing into a headwind for all I know.

  8. Nikko, Eagle, McBeth, Gibson and Wysocki might not have the farthest maximum distance lines in the world like, G.G, Lizotte and Wiggins do, however those 5 probably have the farthest flying low line golf shots in the game.

I saw Nikko throw a 520' really low laser beam shot about 12 feet off the ground. I would love to see someone else beat that distance at a mere 12' high🤷.

It's one thing to put 40' of air under a disc and let it ride 800+ feet, but let's see who can RIP a laser beam shot over 500'.
My money would be on Nikko, Eagle or maybe McBeth 👍.

  9. I would like to give a shout out to some of the 4 digit and below PDGA members who are Legends, thank you for Paving the way guys ✊.

  10. This event is sweet, and very well done!
Discs absolutely being BOMBED! The amount of turnover they're getting these massive high speed OS discs…

Holy Crap! I wasn't expecting a Rosemount, MN Shout out! HOLY CRAP!! I didn't realize the whole thing was in MN! I have to go next year!

  11. Why not just flip-flop the direction, so we can see some bombs that are actually downwind?!! Instead, we get fluke lucky ones, where the longest throwers don't even get a "real" chance to show anything. Honestly kinda boring and ruined the event…
