    I was so ashamed and angry I did what I have never done at Firhill, I left at 3-0.
    What was the main difference between the two teams, in one word defence.
    Dundee Utd defended well, and in depth. Our defence was yet again posted missing.
    The first goal was schoolboy defending, the second should have been saved, and Holt should never have been able to get the shot off, and the third we simply switched off feeling sorry for ourselves. The United goalkeeper was not troubled by our forward line who could have played all day without scoring. This was similar to the Arbroath game, only worse.
    Dundee United are a premier league outfit, playing in the championship, and it showed.
    We are now playing for a top four place, forget about the league.
