Why Collin Morikawa was Assessed a Two-Stroke Penalty at the Hero World Challenge

This video covers what happened at the Hero World Challenge that resulted in a two-stroke penalty for Collin Morikawa. The rules infraction was reported to a rules official by Matthew Fitzpatrick where there were handwritten notes in Morikawa’s approved yardage book that were not allowed under Model Local Rule G-11.
