I got this about 2 weeks before Matt Fitzpatrick won the US Open on 2022. It's the best investment I've ever made to help increase my swing speed. However, it only works if you follow the program to the T! If you don't, you won't maximize your gains. You will pick up 2-3 mph pretty quickly, but the large gains won't happen until 2 or 2 months into the program.
