I have been taking golf lessons with my golf coach, Zach Berhow, for 10 months now. In that time my handicap has dropped to a 7.6, my scoring average down to an 83.5, and I am just a much more consistent golfer.

This is a quick summary with takeaways from each lesson as a guide to my lesson videos with Zach.

  1. Keep ‘em coming bro. You’re doing great and I’ve learned a lot. I just started my second year of golf and I’m stupid addicted. I get below 100 on a good day but I need that release!!

  2. Still working on your speed? I'm wondering if you tried The Stack. I'm 14 sessions (about 5 weeks) into the process and I've already gained 8 mph on my driver swing. That could translate into twenty plus yards, which would be fantastic. Might help you make those last few strokes down to scratch! Enjoying the videos. Keep up the good work.

  3. I love the lesson videos keep them up. I know your probably paying for the lessons but the content is gray

  4. This is Ryan from Hong Kong, I learn a lot from your video and Zach! Learn and practice are not easy and you film it and edited it are even more difficult but you still managed so well! Love to see more golf vlog from you! Thanks

  5. Awesome Ernie… impressive journey and I appreciate you sharing all you’ve learned. 👍🏻🏌🏻‍♂️

  6. What’s happened to your handicap over the series? And how many rounds do you play / month vs how much time spent on lessons/practice sessions

Love the content lots of awesome bits of info in every video, keep it up!

Ps as others have said, bring back short edited course vlogs

  7. You’re improvement is very very impressive. Dedication, openness and trust of a good coach. You are coordinated and athletic which is just a gift. I dropped from 95 to 88 this season (on a high slope course). Only been playing regularly for one year. Really appreciate the free guidance you provide. As Zach said, your next step is strength/speed. Gotta start moving metal and core strengthening. Will be an interesting addition to your channel.

  8. Great summary, if Zack was near me I’d for sure be taking him on as my swing coach. I believe your contagious enthusiasm will get you to scratch. Looking forward to your next video. Cheers from Canada

  9. I live in DFW, let’s play a round. What’s your handicap right now? How close are you to scratch?

  10. This new and different type of format is INCREDIBLE! I know there’s atleast 1 other(Jerome) that’s doing this(probably more that I haven’t yet found). I’ve seen a few comments from both channels about who was the 1st. IMHO, it doesn’t really matter which channel was 1st… what should matter is that it’s being done…period! When I’m at the range/playing and utilizing the tips and instructional “nuggets” that help my golf game, I’m just happy to have the information…not at all concerned with “who did it 1st”! Anyway…my 2 cents. Thank you sir for the content and keep’em coming!👍🏼🏌🏻‍♂️

  11. Would you recommend following the lessons in the same order? or if you could go back, is there an order that you think is most beneficial?

  12. This video is unbelievable. I can't thank youtube enough for recommending this video and your channel to me because I have a feeling I am about to become a frequent watcher of your videos. Straight to the point, gave great advice, and most importantly showed the application of the tips and lessons. Thanks for making this content, so many lightbulbs going off in my head right now…let's just hope they translate to some improvement haha

  13. Incredible video, this is super helpful for many people I’m sure. Some good tips in here 👌

  14. Just found your channel. I always see good instruction online only to find out the instructor is in another state. I can't believe I got lucky this time. I live in the DFW area and never heard of Zach. I looked him up because of your videos. What an impressive resume. I will be calling him next week. Thanks for a great channel !!!

  15. It's been great experiencing this journey with you.
I've been playing for over 30 years and I must say, I have learned so much from your lessons.
If I had the money, I would book a flight from here in South Africa to the US, to have lessons with Zach, he seems like an amazing coach.
Good luck moving forward, and keep the videos coming, you have a really good channel and I enjoy the content immensely.
