Glad we got a good blocker with the #12 overall pick of the draft.
D-MO said he was Sprinting & JAMO was Jogging 👟⚒️🦁💙
Jamo just explodes like a rocket into that block. Love his speed.
Even if Derwin James had caught up to David Montgomery he couldn't make the legal tackle because he ran out of bounds 🤔
DMo said he was running as fast as he could and Jamo was just jogging. 😂😂
I think alot of are expecting to much it takes a full team effort
His blocking was literally one of the main reasons he was drafted. MCDC kinda indicated that today. Jamo did this sort of thing a LOT in college. Once his star power is unlocked he is going to be an unstoppable receiver.
Jmo just needs reps and targets
Even though the play was called back. I wish you could have showed the catch. I cant find it anywhere
Jamo is going to continue to improve.
I agree with everything you said about Jamo. I also want to put this out there about Montgomery: as good as he was, I don't think Jamaal Williams gets that touchdown. If you look at the play before the Jamo block, Montgomery made some next level jukes to get out of the traffic in the middle of the field. I'm not sure Jamaal has the moves to do that.
I feel like anytime we have a long play jamo is out in front making blocks. People need to get off his back hes doing whats asked of him
And the early TD he got robbed of! But these blocks we keep seeing from this team show you home much these guys are playing for each other
Jamo's hands can get better over time. What you can't teach are the skills and intelligence that Jamo has. I could care less if he gets another catch or TD this year as long as that kid keeps making key blocks in the secondary for the team to continue to shine. And hands or not, he draws attention when he's out there and that allows St. And Reynolds to get one on ones
Sweet!
I’m glad Jamo can remember “No Block-No Rock”
he’s awesome in that role, and had to slow down to stay in the play as teammates run with the Ball. .
I wonder when he makes a sick block, if he makes that Adam Sandler sound(s) from the Waterboy movie 😂
Eeeerrgh.. rooeeeyy!
Jamo will turn this league out.Treat him right or he we make the cowboys super bowl champs.
Jamo needs to work on his route running too.
Now if Goff can throw a ball which Jamo can catch in stride….
It's crazy other block play again come on what are we talking bout
52% of the snaps isn’t enough, you don’t buy a Ferrari to drive it around a residential neighborhood
I was there, live, front row at the visitor tunnel. I saw Jamo catch the ball, run, and dive for a touchdown. However, it got called back. I've never seen someone run that fast in my life. Also, the referees were most definitely. active
Great analysis, thank you
Jamo has 8 weeks to keep upping his game. We need him being a legit threat when playoff time comes. We had huge plays from 6 players (Gibbs, Monty, LaPorta, Amon Ra, Raymond, Wright). Jamo just needs to keep showing up and his plays will come.
Jamo is learning how to catch throws from Goff.
I can watch that play of Jameson Williams blocking all day
lets go!
12th overall pick for a blocking wr… we need to see something a little more from Jamo than just blocking. I’m all for giving the kid a break but this feels like it’s stretching the rubber to the max. 1.5 years in and it’s almost snapping on the bust pick. Don’t get me wrong, boi is fast asf but Let’s not pretend like things are hunky dory, his injury definitely interrupted his game and it’s taking way longer than many would have liked our 12 overall pick to be.
That was an awesome block!!! A step forward but we need him to catch deep balls and take off 🙂 But a good day for JoMo….keep taking positive steps.
..And people wanted the Lions to blow draft capital for Derrick Henry lol. Pantience people, patience.
I'll be the house, next years draft will be D Line CB and O Line.
Jamo would be a beast out of the slot. I know that's where St. Brown operates, but Jamo catches with his body, and because of that, I think he'll be more effective catching the shorter passes and being YAC guy.
You know they're targeting him and doing drills at practice
Yep, Williams showed some chit on that.
Jameson keep grinding cause your a special talent so stay up and continue to play with passion.
Jamo should've had 3 rec for 30+ and a TD! He got robbed by a bs call!! He did his job as a WR and made a crucial block! That block was worth 7 points, in a 3 point game! He deserves his flowers this week! Still want to see that big day though!! A "breakout" game could be all he needs to get him going. Chicago at home migh be a great time!!
I feel like Kalif Raymond doesnt get enough love. He does a lot of producing with minimal touches. Maybe he can be used more as deep threat with his speed too.
