yes, people should be doing strength AND flexibility training. ive been doing both with just bodyweight the past half year, and i have to say it makes you feel superhuman. doing dragon squats like its nothing, being able to lower yourself in what would be considered "dangerous" or "compromising" positions without it being so for you, because those muscles being utilized to do these movements are developed. hanging from a bar with the tops of your feet, never spraining your ankle again because it is flexible enough to roll safely. making it so in any situation u find urself in, you have the strength to control your body safely in it. its amazing
This short just made me think about how you CAN revolve your whole life around perfecting movement, excersise, muscle and strength. It's a full time "job" to fight against modern living. The problem is, you're likely to become very self absorbed in that process. I would know; I personified this change because I spent too much time on it.. it's not the best life, not bad, but not the best.
Boy if I had this when I was a collegiate athlete I would’ve leveled up tremendously. The ATG product is absolutely next level and is one of those “secrets” that can help you become elite.
I used to be able to do the couch stretch with both legs with relative ease. Now on my left leg when I try to do the couch stretch with my left leg I feel extreme tightness in the upper middle quad where I don’t feel comfortable extending my quad fully. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions for me to fix this?
