This dude is a scrub, he’s so satisfied being a “top defense” look who you’ve played. Any real offense you’ve gotten destroyed. We need a new DC ASAP
I understand the fans who want improvement on defense but it truly does happen. The Browns have the #1 defense in the NFL and they've still gotten into situations with the Colts and the Ravens where you'd look at the scores and not know it. Every game is different. The important thing is to improve, and the Lions have improved on defense SIGNIFICANTLY while still missing big key pieces like Mosely snd CJGJ. Remember where this team was and try to have a little perspective. I get it Lions fans, weve been waiting for this day and want to fire on all cylinders every game! As long as we keep getting better to peak at the right time, we're good. 7-2 and more to come. Go Lions!
I get it being a Lions fan can have you programmed to complain but, you have to think things through, how can you complain about the Lions not drafting defense early, who would you give up? All the offensive picks are making key plays, game critical plays…

Defense is improving! Not perfect. Already a lot better than previous year. Hope it continues to get better bc they will face good teams with good QBs!

There’s nothing “exciting” about watching your defense implode for the 3rd time in 9 games, ‘Future head coach Aaron Glenn’. First Seattle, then the Ravens and now the Chargers. Completely unacceptable performance and I won’t allow him to insult my intelligence by buying what he’s trying to sell with all of these excuses.
Top 10 defense against teams without good quarterbacks. They're going to look good for a few weeks, get carved up by Dallas.
Look good again and then look awful in the playoffs. This defense is fools gold, should have went out and got some help on that line. Really hope I'm wrong but the numbers Don't always tell the truth.

See how Cinci struggled against Ravens? I will give our guys a break on the Baltimore game. Most teams will have a bump like that against a great team at their home. We have never looked better for our future.
If owners are willing to pay quarterbacks $55 million a year they should be willing to pay a group of coordinators like this boatloads of money to stay together and create a dynasty

Ravens, Seahawks, and the Chargers all lit us up. I don't mind giving up points (20-30), but these teams cut through us like we were butter. Your response of this being the NFL isn't good enough. You guys have work to do.

Last year, people complained about worst rush defense. This year AG has put emphasis on stopping the run and has top 3 rush defense and top 10 total defense!! People stilm whine and complain because of the last game !!!
He's not lying, I know this defense and AG get a lot of flack but it's pretty good. That being said, there are still problems with the pass rush and AG making adjustments. The first quarter and a half against the Chargers, the Lions defense held their own but Chargers made adjustments and if we made any it was not enough. This D has improved but it needs more for us to be a contender in the truest sense, we are still a couple pieces away
I noticed on a lot of past games that receivers are open. The QBs were just bad is all
