Just to be clear, Cain is not saying Francis landed an illegal punch. He is only trying to explain how the loss happened. He initially thought the loss was due to a knee injury, but later realized he was knocked out. He gives Francis credit for winning a fair fight, but speaks about the unusual angles Ngannou's punches come from.
