Barefoot!
You mean no shoes?
YES!

One of the first things you may find once you start the GAH Program is the removal of your shoes.

The two main reasons are proprioception or aka balance + feedback, and mobility.

You see, with your shoes on its like typing with gloves on, very challenging if not impossible to feel the keys or the touchscreen.

The foot is a very unique, complex and beautiful design.

There are approximately 250,000 sweat glands in a pair of feet, and they excrete as much as half a pint of moisture each day.
The soles of your feet contain more sweat glands and sensory nerve endings per square centimeter than any other part of the body. It also holds 60% of the bones in your whole body, I’m not a math guy and even I know that’s a bunch.

With the removal of your shoes you will begin to express your toes, plantar aka sole, and ankles more freely, not to mention increase circulation.
